All older children or adults are charged MYR 90.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

The Parameswara Ballroom has a seating capacity of 275 and is fully-equipped for conferences. It can be flexibly divided into 2 sections, while the Hang Li Po Ballroom is ideal for banquets or wedding receptions of up to 300 people. 5 other meeting rooms are also available.
Palace Beach and Spa (formerly MINES Beach Resort & Spa) was recently renamed in conjunction with its merging with Palace of the Golden Horses. The 2 hotels under MINES Resort City now operate under one management team.
At the beach hut, try and take the biggest bites off the super-large hot dogs or burgers. The hut also serves beverages and there is a relaxing view of 2,100 square feet of sandy beach and the 150-acre MINES North Lake.

The location is wonderful as it's all linked to convention centre and shopping mall. Like the lake view at our room and the man made beach front. Very pleasant. The hotel wooden structure very old and worn out. Doesn't live up to the 4 star claim rather 3.5 star is more suitable. |

Clean sheets Location, your info lead us to think it was nearer to the airport than it actually was. Bath needed replacing, toilet appeared dirty. Hotel generally needed an update. |

After a busy trip to Europe we stayed at the Mines Wellness Hotel to relax a few days before another long flight home. This worked out very well. We did enjoy our rest there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When they found out that our flight was not until 9.00 pm. they straight away offered us the use of the room until late in the afternoon at no extra cost. We were also very satisfied with the breakfast on offer, and with the lunch and evening meals that were served at the in house Chinese restaurant at reasonable prices. |

The frontdesk and room service staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfy. Access to shopping centre. Also, the buffet breakfast was good! It was overall a pleasant stay. Check in time and housekeeping dept can be handled more efficiently. I was told my room isn't ready when i came at 3.30pm (check in time was 2pm), and it was only ready about an hour later. |

Locality, access to the shopping mall. The restaurants closed by every night by 11pm, the rooms were not well maintained.The gym was not operational.The swimming pool cud have been a better one instead of a clay one. |

The quietness and free from hassle and bustle of city life Nightlife at the hotel feel lifeless. You could have not make known to your guess of your activities if there was any.Could better make shade or tree shade and leisure sits next to the lake or below the existing trees. |

being the closest to the Heritage apartments where my other group of family are staying the access to the hotel through the check points via the convention center is not convenient. going to the mines shopping fair wasn't easy for the family. The Chalet is due for a renovation. |

The man made beach was good for the kids They did not have confirmation of my booking. Not sure who was at fault here. I called the hotel the day before to ask a question and they had no record of ny stay. Booking.com sorted it out thankfully by liaising with the hotel. Had I not called the night before who knows what would have happened! Would like an explanation please! |

not much! but, receptionist and bellman was very nice and helpful:) 1. ants all over in bathroom 2. old furnitures inside room (chalet) 3. parking (normal parking, not the valet parking) not a good area, bit far from the hotel lobby, not safe enough for lady to walk alone, and no lift! 4. swimming pool closed very early and opened very late 5. why beach hut closed at 6 pm?? |

Convenient for ppl that attended seminars at convention ctr. Check in time suppose to be btw 2-4 pm. Reached at 4:00 room was not ready. Waited for about 30 min for cleaner to clean up the room. Complemented with welcome drinks. |
