Palm Beach Resort & SPA is great place to stay for a relaxing mind. Out of busy city. Breakfast was quiet good but not much choices.

There is no other people at all at the hotel. We are like alone. So lonely. The hotel is far from city centre.

More water activities (in the sea) would have been better for us.

The location is great for beach and relaxation. They have event groups especially on weekends. When I was there for 3 days it was super quiet. Breakfast, included, was very nice, but cafe food is lacking. On the upside they are very easy with shuttles to and from town. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Large rooms with balconies with ocean views.

Poor food selection.

We were very lonely and can see only us at the resort. Staffs were good and honest as they spoke of Ghosts at the resort during check in. We were scare at first & even saw door next door (open & close by itself with nobody inside!). Anyway, it was a good stay & we did not think much of anything as we were tired!

Ghost? Hope to see one and take photo with it! We were the only 2 persons at breakfast adn the only car at the parking lot!! Anyway, we will be back!!

Bilik yang luas, fasiliti yang baik seperti tv, peti sejuk, pengering rambut, seterika,cerek elektrik, bekas ais, tab mandi yang luas dan mangkuk tandas yang morden. Staff yang peramah dan sedia membantu. Suasana alam persekitaran yang aman dan damai sesuai untuk menenangkan fikiran. Kami akan kembali lagi ke sini.

Menu buffet tidak banyak pilihan. Kurang berbaloi dengan harga rm48++. Mee goreng untuk sarapan pagi kering+keras.

Понравились очень большие комнаты, мебель качественная но уже стала старой со временем. Но в хорошем состоянии. Работники очень приветливые, ответственные. Комнаты чистят каждый день. Отель большой и много чего в нем есть, но к сожалению не работает ни чего, кроме ресторанчика и небольшого бара. Бассейн отличный. Удобный постоянный трансфер в город и аэропорт.

В номерах очень много муравьев, большие и кусучие, так что на утро волдыри, море мелкое, не прозрачное, очень грязный пляж, так что если вы ищите мальдивы то это не самый лучший вариант. Завтрак нормальный но ассортимент надоедает за 2 дня.

套房房間很大. 整理房間的員工,操守很好, 房客錢掉在床上,整理房間的員工不會佔為己有.

是間非常老舊的飯店,房間內所有門的門栓都是壞的, 百葉窗也是壞的,房間內有蚊子蟑螂,海邊都是海草和水母,無法玩水,員工有些不懂英文, 打撞球要給錢,一局MYR 3 ,真是貴, 這樣的飯店算4星?真是有被騙的感覺.

蛮静，很适合过2人世间，服务还很周全，专车接送。

客房里面的地板是否有真正清洁过呢？餐厅人员服务不是太好，无法真正回答顾客问题！

Отель хороший. Просторные номера с большими кроватями. Матрасы - просто фантастика, мягкие и комфортные. Хороший ресторан при отеле: завтрак не слишком разнообразный, но не плохой; если заказывать по меню, то вкусно, разнообразно и недорого. Отель расположен в очень живописном месте: потрясающие рассвет и закат. Рядом парк птиц и памятник угольным шахтам Chimney. На выходные приезжает много местных, в будни безлюдно, тихо и спокойно. Огромный плюс — бесплатный трансфер в аэропорт/порт/город туда и обратно в любое время. Персонал дружелюбный и всегда готовый помочь. При оплате картой возникают проблемы, как в отеле так и во многих магазинах острова, т.к. наши карты международные, а у них аппараты многие старого образца (читают лишь местные карты).

Море очень мелкое и не прозрачное. Местные в нём почему-то не купаются. Ещё минус - это работы, связанные с обновлением отеля. Судя по масштабам после обновления должно быть что-то грандиозное.

I loved that it's a bit further from the city. We stayed for 2 night and during our stay we almost every day had the swimmingpool to ourselves. It was very quiet, which was exactly what we were looking for. The staff seemed very happy with us and did anything and even more, if we asked for something. The transport back and forth to the city is excellent, as its free of charge and the driver will pick you up on whatever time you wish (we didn't have to follow the exact timeschedule).

The food in the restaurant was overpriced for the quality. However the you can compensate that by having dinner in the city and using the free transport to do so. A small thing: The hotel has changed name and you can still find the old name everywere. I assume they are still trying to fix some things, because the old spa and tennicourt is empty and unused and it looks almost forgotten....I Think they should take priority in closing these down or opening a new spa, to improve the facilities. Above dislikes are very small things, because we absolutely love staying here and the price was good for what you get (you can't expact 5 star luxury for that price!!), we are planning to go back next month again, to recover from our busy lives....

Mini bar/refrigerator broken.... 5. TV box instead of LCD.... 6. Ceiling fan inside the room already broken.... 7. The renovation worker slept and enjoyed looking at the hotel clients swimming......

A quiet place for rest and relaxation. They have big spacious rooms and bathrooms with shower and bath jacuzzi style. The rooms were facing the beach with own balcony. Beach and pool area was very quiet. Food was good too and they have spa facilities.

The sandflies! Also the first room I was in had a musky weird smell, no hot water and on the ground floor. I was glad they changed my room the next day and it was so much better- no smells and it was on a first floor.

My bed. I could order an omlette for breakfast - it was not on the menu... it should have been.

Food ordered - kitchen had run out of food to cook my order - I was not informed and waited for 2 hours before staff responded to my requests for my meal order. I had to negotiate with staff to receive a discount for the inconvenience. Bar ran out of cold beers, water and coke. Rooms surfaces were not wiped down. shower door did not close properly so water went all over the floor. Soap did not lather. The room smelt of stale air. We had to keep the room sliding door open to get rid of the smell. Signing in upon arrival at reception took 30-20 minutes - we travelled for 7 hours and were hot and tired... not a good first impression. The variety and quality of the food at breakfast was unimpressive. The cleanliness of the dining room was substandard, e.g. ants crawling on the surface of the tables.

Well, What I like about Palm Beach resort and Spa was that, it is very quiet area and there were nobody there. That is what I like the most. I can breathe in fresh air also and you can do whatever things u want especially, drinking beer, partying, loud music etc. Also, I like their hotel room because it is spacious and big and their bed was so comfy that might fit in 3 people on top. Their plasma tv is excellent. hehe..

Well, there are things I may not like about Palm beach resort and spa hotel. At first, i was shocked because the standard of the room is not up to my standard. It's very outdated which I don't expect it. Then, there were no deposit box inside the room hotel which is so not convenience. Then, i went to their Bunga Mas restaurant to try their foods. It is the worst foods i ever tasted in my whole life. Their beef burger was so huge that I couldn't even taste anything. Their foods was not good at all and they should improve it better next time.
