Location at the airport; superb pool; good gym and spa facilities; soundproofed rooms with comfortable beds. Has all the services and amenities you need before/after a long flight Rooms are very bland and do not feel all that luxurious. More a 4* |

A real luxury hotel very convenient especially for the transit passengers. No need to leave the airport. Nice food in the different restaurants. The business center is extremely expensive. Bring your own laptop. |

I felt very welcome by the staff and they gave me a very personalised attention. It came as a very pleasaat surprise as my room was upgraded and I had the privelege of enjoying the special sevice accorded on the excecutive floor. It was very meaningful as that day was my husband 's birthday.I am confident I will be accorded this extraordinary service for my future stay in this hotel.I look forward for my next stay here soon. close to the airport, thats the only reason to book this hotel. ( Next door to international airport snd 20 min to low cost terminal) They offer a Shuttle to the Low Cost terminal not too expensive! I stayed at PP cuz my flight was at 7 in the morning with Air Asia from the Low Cost Terminal (20min by car). The receptionist was great, helpful and arranged the transport. The negative point was the room: very old-fashioned, not clean, a very bad smell ( mouldy smell, especially the bed sheets!) and i had allergy all night abd did not sleep. There was noise everywhere all the night as well. Did not meet my expectations at all. Would accept this for a hostel for 20€ per night- but for an expensive hotel like that impossible!!! |

I liked every thing except the cost you charge for every thing in hotel the hotel prices are some of the most expensive i have ever encounted in any hotel i have been in around the world as above |

The Hotel responded to my emailed (at booking stage) request for a pick up, confirmed that they would do so and did so. Hotel was fine. All that I needed. |

location near to the airport. nice and good looking reception.classic hotel. needs renovatin as the Interior mainly carpets seems old and smelly, Transport cost is exaggerated, difficult to get late checkout without additional payment, the hotel should stop using travelers from paying ever hour after mid day With fin tuning the hotel would be the favorite stop point |

Very convenient location when you are meeting someone on an early morning flight. Excellent pick-up service so you do not have to walk through the long corridors. |

Excellent and frequent shuttle service between hotel and terminal. Charming staff..pleasant spacious room in good order. Highly recommended as a stopover hotel. Thought food was pricey. |
