You can now check-in at Kuala Lumpur International Airport. The hotel's newly opened check-in counter at the baggage claim area in the airport's International Arrivals Hall now adds another superb convenience when staying at Pan Pacific. While waiting for your luggage to arrive, the hotel’s airport staff will check you in, saving you more time. Please note that this facility is not available to Domestic Arrivals.

A range of hotel conference and banquet facilities are available at Pan Pacific Kuala Lumpur International Airport, including a ballroom that can accommodate up to 1,800 people for a reception or 1,000 for dinner.
Note: If you arrive at Kuala Lumpur International Airport via the Low Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT), the terminal is about 18 km from the hotel and we currently do not provide any transport services between the LCCT and the hotel. However, you may catch a taxi or shuttle bus that operates between the LCCT and the KLIA Main Terminal Building.

the friendly and professional approach of the staff.The comfort level of the hotel room.the free internet connection is especially attractive..It has an excellent location. Yes, In the foyer cafe I ordered a ham and turkey sandwich and then got a mushroom and roasted pepper which was very dry.It was 44 in malaysian currancy for that and one cappucino.This is seriously overpriced and lacked imagination.This is my only complaint. |

we enjoyed the transportation from the gate area to the hotel with a little electricity car..very comfortabal..we stayed with two kids in a deluxe room which was still big enough to not feel crowded. It was very relaxing starting our next morning intercontintal flight to Bahrain from this hotel..we enjoyed the flight schedules being displayed in the rooms TV teletext.. and I have to point out that there is hot meals served all night ... |

A real luxury hotel very convenient especially for the transit passengers. No need to leave the airport. Nice food in the different restaurants. The business center is extremely expensive. Bring your own laptop. |
