Only 5 star hotel (or 4.5) located close to KL LCC airport. Disappointing though that because Air Asia takes off so early (eg 6.15 am) that you have to leave before 5 pm, so no shuttle available. the htoel taxis cost M$100 which is an absolute rip off considering the distance is only 17km or so compared to KL city where you would pay $103 from LCC to the city (70 km)! We have stayed there before, but no good hotels near KL LCC. Rip off of M$100 to KL LCC airport!

Excellent staff, good location as we travelled between Thailand - Perth & Kuala Lumpur, good food & great breakfast times, of course the golf cart transfer to and from kli is great. Could be a better shuttle service to the Low Cost Terminal, the pool is lovely but understaffed, would expect better tv channels, presently they are very lmited.

Perfect airport hotel. Walking distance (there is also a buggy) from the terminal. Friendly attentive staff. Security staff & cameras very obvious. Good food (love the iPad menu!). needs a little refurbishing (is planned for this year I believe)

The hotel is perfectly situated for the airport. It a well sign posted 10 minute walk/ or there free hotel provided transport which comes right into the airport. The tropical swimming pool is open 7am-10pm and is a great place to unwind after a flight in. Excellent buffet food. I've stayed several times now en route to other destinations - it breaks the journey, is comfortable and is a treat.

The size of the rooms and ofcourse its locality to the KL Airport. Thanks booking.com (again!) 'Walk in' rate was ridiculously high and was forced on the spot to log in to your site in their foyer using their wifi to book with you! Made a significant saving. After paying upfront due to early flight, minibar unlocking debate went on for 25minutes! After all that all I needed was a drink, but the bar down stairs closed at 11pm!! Not a great experience.

Helpful staff and very convenient for airport. Electric buggies to take you to the lift in the airport. Outdoor swimming pool. A brilliant hotel for an overnight stop-over between flights and very good value compared to hotels in uk. The restaurants were overpriced and the snack bar service was very slow.

The convenience for me to check in/ transit for the flights. Give me more privacy and comfort to prepare or transit between flights. Price is bit high even with the lowest offer for the purpose of transit etc. The hotel design require bit of walking. Other than that it is a perfect transit hotel

Very convenient with check in within the airport and then transfer by buggy to the hotel. The hotel also provided us with an early check in as we arrived at 7am from Europe. This was really helpful and gave us a chance to maximise our use of the room - in fact we were in the swimming pool by 9am. The hotel restaurant had a very generous buffet which was also exceedingly good value. The food on the a la carte menu looked slightly more interesting than the buffet and was also quite reasonably priced. To my amazement, even the coffee was quite good, not something you generally expect in Asia.

The excellent and attentive staff - as you would expect in Malaysia Two criticisms: 1. the air-conditioning was noisy and 2. the hotel should consider how they (politely) enforce their dress code and child policy in the Club lounge, particularly in the evening. The lounge is not meant to be a crèche!
