While waiting for your luggage to arrive, the hotel’s airport staff will check you in, saving you more time. Please note that this facility is not available to Domestic Arrivals.

A range of hotel conference and banquet facilities are available at Pan Pacific Kuala Lumpur International Airport, including a ballroom that can accommodate up to 1,800 people for a reception or 1,000 for dinner.
Note: If you arrive at Kuala Lumpur International Airport via the Low Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT), the terminal is about 18 km from the hotel and we currently do not provide any transport services between the LCCT and the hotel. However, you may catch a taxi or shuttle bus that operates between the LCCT and the KLIA Main Terminal Building.

Location is great, connected to airport Staff was less helpful then expected. Did not want to organize wakeup call, I had to do this myself. Arrived late at night, restaurant was still open but during dining staff started cleaning barsinks, leaving restaurant in a very bad sewer stench. |

The hotel is well located fro transit at KL International Terminal. However the rooms needs to be modernised and the smell in the corridors from the AC was terrible and spread into the rooms...so bad we had to change rooms. |

rather expensive for 4 hrs of sleep, ideal for international take offs n layovers in KLIA but not for air asia flights, airconditioning could be v much higher and international hotel lacks full sky satellite facilities, instead of only astro and pc generated programs for an international cyber city and hotel |

The reception staff were very friendly and upgraded us to the nineth floor so we enjoyed free breakfast and internet access and also were taken across to the airport check in area in a buggy, which saved us a long walk. |

We like the hotel because it's good value for money and close to the airport. If you want, you're picked up by a buggy. We use it to stay overnight for an early flight next morning. |

We chose this hotel as it is close to the airport, it is clean the staff are polite. I had a problem with the internet connection which was fixed quickly. The internet was very slow, it took two phone calls to get an electrician to fix the broken plug sockets so our 14 month baby had to wait a long time before we could make his bottle. The limosene service to the airport was very expensive. |

I liked the ambience and the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was very polite and helpful even when we arrived at 1.30AM and checked out at 8AM. The buffet breakfast had tremendous choices and there was a huge variety of foods on offer. The hotel should have a complimentary airport pick-up and drop facility/shuttle service considering the rates they charge....like most 3-star, 4-star and 5-star hotels do all over the world. |

5 Star quality at Kuala Lumpur International Airport. Big rooms, free cable high speed internet, well furnished, well equipped. Excellent beds and best of all quiet. Spent the day poolside, its on the ground floor and fully landscaped with spa. Also sauna, steam room and gym available free. If you don't want to pay a lot for food, walk or take one of the free golf buggies to the beginning of the airport and there is andexcellent and cheap Food hall there really close with a huge variety of dishes. |

Wonderful relaxing ambience, helpful staff, good clean rooms and facilities, security in lifts and safety boxes supplied free of charge, transport to and from airports. Rather expensive compared to other 5 star deals. Location only good if you need to be close to the airports. |
