There is nice pool; you can rent bicycle and motorcycle outside the hotel.
There is not beach; the breakfast should be improve.
Cafe view facing beach is fantastic. Pool & room cleanliness
Compared with Teluk Nipah , beach view/water quality there much better. Pool umbrella didn't open. Visitor open the pool umbrella on their own
Stuff is very kind. They helped us when we had some troubles in my travel. We thank them.
On the beach swimming pool very good nearby restaurants good breakfast helpful staff nice gardens close to watersports
Noisy guests in room next door with the wooden floors sound travelled
i like the room and the cleanliness
Friendly welcome and the staff always willing to satisfy your needs!
The friendliness of staff, the ambience of the breakfast area and the pool area. The staff were particularly helpful with booking motorbikes etc. The laundry service is very good.
I felt it was quite expensive for a 3*, although this could possibly have been because we unknowingly booked it over a public holiday. The bathroom was very dated and the shower could do with modernising.
A good location with restaurants and beach so nearby. I love the island hopping too offered by the resort for a reasonable price.
Great location on the beach, breakfast was Indian Malaysian which was fine by me it changed most days. We stayed in one of the beachfront chalets which were great, but there was a nice pool as well where the other rooms were situated.
I managed to get hot water once and my wife twice from the instantaneous water heater in five days. The bed is just 1.8 mtr in length. The Sandy Spoon Resturant was good for breakfast but the a la carte was like a children's menu.
Only things I like is the location nearby the chinese restaurants and close to the beach with plenty of water activities
We booked total 8 rooms on 5/7 - 6/7/14, we would like to complain on the following: 1) Air-Conditioner: the rooms' air-conditioner not cold at all, that's the reason why the hotel did provide electrical stand fans inside the hotel room but the stand fans is even worst because full of dust which you will not want to turn it on. 2) Bed: that is the most important thing and which really disappointed us because the bedsheet is not clean and dusty, some of my friend even complaint they felt itchy during night time when sleeping on the bed. 3) Towel: Please change the new towel as it is as dark as the floor cloth and non-of us dare to touch it. 4) Unclean Toilet: toiletries are not fully supplied, there is no toothbrush, no toothpaste, luckily we all brought our own. 5) Cloth hanger: dusty! and i need to wash it myself before i hang my own towels and clothes. 6) Value for money: is a 2 stars hotel but we are paying a 3.5 - 4 stars hotel rate...which I think it's not worth it. Lastly, I really hope that you all to re-consider when booking this hotel, because most of the times we are spending moments inside the hotel room with friends and partners other than water activities, so choose a good quality hotel in Pangkor is very important!
The hotel was awesome! The staff is very friendly, they even recommend to us the best restaurant to eat, cheaper shop for shopping and guide us how to get there. One of the best thing is the hotel is really near to the beach. Its like 2 mins walking from my room. The beach is clean and have variety of sport activities there. I stayed at the ground floor and facing the pool. Since my baby scared to the beach, the pool is the best substitute for it! The breakfast also is okay. Overall, I will highly recommend this hotel to family with young children.
A loooottt of mosquito here!!!! My hubby kills almost 20 mosquito when we arrived!! Thank god I bring the insect repellent so nobody get bite. =)
Breakfast, first day was good, 2nd day menu was lousy, the fried rice and noodle were terrible. We ended just ate bread. They have only 1 wheelchair. Luckily I asked first for my mum. The other visitor got to wait! The staff in charge on that day was not aware the hotel has a wheelchair, I insisted her to check, she made a call and the wheelchair was sent to me at reception 5 min later.
I like the location of the resort, close to the beach. It also has swimming pool for guests.
The bathroom we had for double room is smaller than the one in our friends' twin room, and in fact the price of double room is higher.
The location is next to the sea and beach thus its very convinient for water play activities exp for those who have kids . Its also only walking distance to hotel after having scuba diving or others sea water activities. Enjoying our lovely breakfast while having nice view of the sea side.
- Need to further improve on the breakfast menu . - The water quality for the swiming pool need to improve more . -The quality of the vechical rental eg car need to total improve and ensure the car is in good condition before supply and rent out as its related to the safety of the visitors .
NEAR TO THE BEACH
Location, and worth for the price that I pay
Torn towels in room, should have pool towels, and sun beds around the pool
Air-Conditioner for 1st floor room not really cold.
Good location, small shops n nice seafood restaurant. On the beach. The staff at the restaurant was very helpful.
At certain time of the day loads of rubbish came from the sea to the beach. Cleaning is done by Malay ladies but not thoroughly only on some part of the beach.
Nice swimming pool and location
There's a nice swimming pool.
Unfriendly staff. Our door could not be locked -- easily opened when 'locked' -- and we were laughed away. Small room, poorly decorated, very noisy. Poor breakfast. We left after one night (having paid for two), manager wasn't even interested in why we left.
Very close to the beach with an indoor pool. Great to enjoy the sunshine without walking on the sand
I like the location is near to the beach even its near to town.. and transportation or sourvenior n food is around so i have no problem with all this.. the check in is also fast and we dont even hv to wait till 3pm when i reach there at 11am. As for breakfast is not much range but tasty especially e nasi goreng.
The room that i got is abit nosiy in sense is that when we walk in the room the big cupbd also make noise. There is no money changer in the hotel as i have a hard time to find any money changer in pangkor island.. so if e hotel can provide it will be best.. especially for tourist who went in weekends.
not focused on Englsh speaking travellers - not a single English language news channel on the TV. The surrounding town and beaches are very dirty - garbage everywhere-
+ The beach + We had an early check in and still got our room at arrival and a free breakfast! + Only a RM10 (2 euro) taxi ride to the ferry
- The breakfast didn't had too much to offer as they "only have about 30 guests staying", although the fresh fruit, fried egg and the pancakes was good. No vegetables. - The hotel restaurant was closed between 12pm-6pm and there weren't that much lunch places around, so we had late breakfast and early dinner most of our stay.
