3 days before my arrival, Kuantan was hit by a massive waist-high flash flood. I was still in kl, listening to the local news about it telling that the rain would stop on Wednesday. But I was still insisted on going and optimistic to not to cancel my bookings. So on that Thursday, I drove for 200km East coast from kl. Upon reaching Gambang, there was only minimal rain. Then when I managed to find Pan Homestay, there was no more flood, in fact it was a sunny day and dry (I was lucky). Pan (the owner) told me that the homestay did get affected from the flood. There were traces of it where the water rose. I could imagine how dirty it was when it was hit by the flood. But the house was super clean when I arrived. My room and my shared toilet, to my memory it was spotless, the beds were dry, everything seems so normal as if it was never affected by any natural disaster. The location. Although it has easy access to shopping malls and nearby eatery but giving directions for others to find the house can be a bit tricky to those who loves gps and not good with directions.

The staff gives excellent co-operation. To brief you, wi-fi was not connecting and it was my computer fault and not the fault of hotel. But the owner himself brought an expert and got my computer setting done to suit to the requirement. Very friendly environment and I shall surely stay there again if I visit Kuanton. Dr. Rodrigues Everything is nice

Budget motel. Clean and well maintained. Cosy beds and comfortably furnished rooms. Helpful and friendly owner. Spacious and moderately well-equipped pantry. Quite and eco-friendly surrounding. Not suitable for those who do not own private transportation as the beach is at a distance and the taxi drivers of Kuantan do not charge by meters.

Conviniently at city center & close to all facilities like super markets; restaurants; transport etc The ceiling fan in teh room was creaking & noisy, it affected mu sleep.

清潔で住み心地最高です。 近くに中華料理店、歩いて10分で朝食もありの軽食店あり。 狭い町ですから歩いてもしれています。ＢＵＳStationまで徒歩30分以内です。

Saya suka dengan perkhidmatan yang diberikan. Di samping itu, penginapan kami di sana sangat selesa kerana keadaan di dalamnya sangat bersih dan kemas. Lokasi yang sukar untuk ditemui. Walau bagaimanapun, dengan bantuan kakitangan Pan Homestay kami dapat menjumpai Pan homestay.Terima kasih...=)
