The room is comfortable, and the pool is a nice and relaxing place for everyone in the family. It's quite convenient to travel from there to other parts of Penang. Try using carpet in the living room (Paradise suite), but not "tikar"! |

room size was acceptable and A/C was was working fine rooms were so dirty with old furniture , breakfast was from 2-3 days back, dining place was dirty and full of birds dirt |

The room was comfortable (my family and I stayed in Studio Suite), especially the Paradise Suites which I booked for some friends. They enjoyed the spaciousness of the rooms. The breakfast which came with the accommodation was not fantastic. The hotel may consider charging the room rates without the breakfast so that guests could save on the breakfast charges and find their own local breakfast outside the hotel. |

Its location is convenient to town and also to Batu Ferringhi. Staff generally friendly except one. Pool and beach facilities are great. Yes, parking is a nightmare. Earlier we stayed 4 days prior to this stay and experienced the same situation. I dont think the hotel can do anything about it but it certainly cause inconvenience to us with young children. |

This hotel was appalling, It was way too busy. I asked for peace and quiet. It was full of screaming children. I read on the internet sight that, If I want peace and quirt and be away from the traffic this was the place too stay. At breakfast , peolple were like heathens- and didn't amke use of the beach because of the noice. Not value for money |

A jazz live in a restaurant is confortable for us. The building is too old...High floor's balcony have not protect so it's danger for children. |

Le rapport qualité prix, taxi à n'importe quelle heure et la situation de l'hotel pas loin de georgetown et bathu ferringint. De plus pour les voyageurs musulmans une très belle mosquée sur l'eau à 15 minutes à pied en longeant la mer !! Jet ski parachute ascentionnel ... La chambre faîtes rapidement, personne parle français, petit déjeuné répétitif, plage petite et la mer pas à la hauteur avec piscine très froide et beaucoup de Kartéguites !! |
