Good location.beside north south highway.

Everything is great - friendly staff, adequately sized rooms, great for business events, easily accessible from the toll exit. Above average and will definitely come again. Tips: try asking for rooms on 3rd floor - the same floor as the swimming pool :)

They should accept American Express cards - my company uses AMEX for business trips.

The hotel is conveniently placed near shops and not too far from the city center. The room was nice; I particularly liked the plush carpeting where all the kids' activities took place.

Limited basement parking (open air parking lot is vast, though). Swimming pool for children is a bit too small.

my 4 kids are absolutely comfortable here as we have stayed here before..

the carpet at the pool floor should be changed as at started to smell bad..

close to highway. near to uitm kedah. easy access to uitm kedah and penang. we enjoyed our stay. breakfast not bad.

the towel too old. I was told that the hotel is haunted. however, everything is ok during our two-night stay in the hotel.

The hotel have a very good location, just next to North-South highway. Very easy to access.

The hotel must improve on their cleanliness on towels. Their are old and dirty, even after wash. The mini fridge in the room is not working and their kettle are old and dirty too. No baby cot is available make traveller with young baby less convienient. The hotel's basement car park can't be accessed by hotel lift, making luggage loading more difficult. You can only unload/load in front of hotel entrance.

The location is excellent, easy to find if you're driving into Sungai Pertani from the highway.

I stayed in a junior suite and asked for a floor mat to use in the bath room, the maid said there was none.

Room air-con not cold enough.

When I check in this hotel the staff are telling me the rate that I booking on September 2012 is false and I must follow their rate that day which is much higher, what a such joke, their staff said the rate I booking is not true, there is no such booking, I must follow their rate if want to stay, there is some not happy thing happen. I hope this booking website must have a deal with then.

I chose Park Avenue as it's one of the most reliable hotel in sg petani (supposingly known as). I won't revisit this hotel again as it gave me a terrible experience regardless on the check in waiting time, staffs' poor artitude and behavior. I shouldn't have commented and voiced out as totality as all staffs have poor service attitudes. Somehow, 5 staffs that I have commented gave me the bad impression as they ain't helpful and wouldn't bother on your request I.e asking for 2 key cards per room. I thought it's quite common for guest to request to 2 key cards since it's a super deluxe room. Reception's answer to be we don't give 2 key cards. That's it? Not even a polite manner 'sorry' and bother to explain why? It took me 30 min to check in 2 rooms. 1St: miss ur booking is not in our system. 2Nd: found ur booking for one room check in. 3Rd: you hv only booked 1 room. Ding dong ding dong to get 2 rooms check in. Upon checking out. Rm 345 for 2 rooms/1night. When my bookings.com printout only shows rm 268 + 15% for 2 rooms. There goes my 30min check out time. Ding dong ding dong 308.2. They round up and charged me 310 on credit card. Terrible!!!!
