Park Hotel  

nothing much I can recommend for this hotel except it convenient for being near bus station.

room smelly,toilet need upgrade as compare other 2-3 star hotel

That it is in the middle of the city.

The staff is hardly speaking english. Don´t have an idea what to do. It is not clean and the shower was a swamp.

Room 612 is a big room: 50m2.

It is one of the older hotels is Miri. But that's ok, since the price is reasonable.

Spacious rooms and bathroom, hude fridge inside the room and friendly staff who were willing to help out on issues and were friendly. The hotel is next to a local bus station, not the intercity bus station. Useful for traveling to nearby locations, but not long distance travel.

The room was wonderful...in 1975. That's about the last time they did anything remotely resembling a renovation. Furniture is in decay and bathroom is nearing its final stage as the sink is leaking, so is the toilet and shower did not have hot water on one night. We saw a cockroach running through the hotel lobby, perhaps escaping from a hotel restaurant. Appart from the friendly staff, this hotel has very little to offer in terms of accommodation and it was only due to poor planing and budget travel that we had to stay there for 3 nights. Visit only if budget stay is your goal, but you will get what you pay for.

The toilet got many problem and the tv is smaller then you think! Lack of tv channel! Don't have free toiletries

nothing i like about park hotel, hotel receptionist not helpful.

it was very cheap, the staff were very friendly, making up for the oldness of the building; the location is central; for the price it is good value. it was safe, central to the town, my family advised me not to walk around at night, during the day it was fine.

tv plug didn't match the socket, two pin plug for three pin socket. everything felt old but the staff were really friendly.

The location is strategic easy to go anywhere for shopping. The ladies who a handling me upon check-in is very friendly n very positive manner.Upon reach In the room suprisingly saw d duvet sheet got hole and the sofa table shaky. The sower pipe valve (hot water loose). Room decor a nice. No tv remote control provided in the room and the ac contrler broken. I love to stay in the park hotel again and see you on my next visit. Our stay at the Park hotel was the worst experience. Breakfast was noodles, you do not cater for British customers who would like a full breakfast with eggs, beans, some kind of meat. There was also no milk for tea and coffee. The room it self smelt of smoke but when I booked it stated that it was a non smoking room. The whole hotel needs refurbished, all carpets need replacing. I felt dirty as soon as I walked in, did not even want to touch the buttons in the lift as it looked like the place in general does not get cleaned very often.

Alot of tiny cockroaches in the room during this stay.

Aircon ging nicht, Hinweis ans Personal gleich Null. Dafuer ging die Aircon der darunter liegenden Gaststätte sehr gut, dadurchLaerm im Zimmer wie auf einem Flugplatz, naja nur bis 22 Uhr.Das "HOTEL" hat seine beste Zeit schon lange hinter sich

Il faut mieux séjourner dans un hostel vu le prix ! Personnel ne parle pas anglais pas serviable! À éviter !

Good location. It was convenient to take the local buses to get around .There are several Chinese seafood restaurants within walking distance . The reception staff was friendly and helpful when we requested for a later check-out time .Being a senior citizen couple they were patient in answering our queries.

The floor carpet was old and stained. The room could do with out the two single chairs because they did not look clean or comfortable.

房間太舊了，洗手間太陳舊了，沙發顏色深沉又太舊，可能未清洗過，看上去又髒又破，敢坐下去，冰箱內發霉- 。須要裝修及換過所有傢俱。

Cheap.. but im sure there are other hotels that has better appeal.

The pictures were misleading. Perhaps I got unlucky, and stayed at an old room.

The receiptionist staff are not friendly and they talked bad about the guest in their own dialect among themself.
