I loved the way I was recieved .Staffs spoke in english.My requirement requested was delivered in timely fashion by the hotel.The wifi was in excellent shape. Very good speed. Cleaniness of hotel was superb. Room rates can be reduced .with Vat service and ++ as similiar rooms I have stayed in other countries were slightly cheaper. To woo more customers the hotel need to review the prices of rooms. I stayed at Balcony suite ,was given token for two person for breakfast I too took a deluxe room for my local friend and was catered for only one. Maybe with the price customers are paying for the room the hotel should review it policy on free breakfast.

I have stayed in this hotel many times now for business and find the standard and services to be very consistently good. The location is ok and the food is of a good quality. Staff are always very friendly. Everything is as expected.

Cleanliness. Location great. Reception team not welcoming body & facial expression. Bath tub plug poorly maintained. A string is tied to the stopper. I hv taken pic if u want it. I hv told & show it the reception. This defect could be easily picked by the housekeeping. Apparently no communication between the team.

In terms of quality of rooms and facilities, it is my honest opinion that this is still the best hotel in Bintulu. The free wifi provided should be upgraded as the current speed of the wifi is so slow that it is completely frustrating. Since the costs of upgrading the wifi service is negligible, there is no reason for the management not to do so. The front office staff should be trained to be more helpful and attentive to local Malaysian guests. I notice there is this mindless mentality in that the employees go the extra mile in handling foreign "white caucasian" guests but are less obliging towards their own nationals. This is a remnant of an inferiority complex borne out by years of colonial rule or could be due to the practice that locals do not offer tips for the service. However, the locals are also been levied with service tax. I have been staying in this hotel for several years and the breakfast menu has not changed at all over the past 3 years. Perhaps the chef should look into this.

Grande cortesia dello staff - ho soggiornato con un collega e ci hanno permesso di utilizzare la business room ben dopo l'orario consentito (fino all'una del mattino anzichè le 18!!!) Colazione molto carente sulla parte "occidentale" e camera da letto fredda nonostante avessi staccato l'aria condizionata :(

Men was bereid bij het ontbijt een vers gebakken portie dry fried mee voor mij te maken. Jullie site zei dat er een minibar op de kamer was. Het was slechts een lege ijskast. Het concept minibar ( pay as you go) kende ze niet en zou ik zelf (fris) drank moeten bestellen bij de bar (en voor tekenen) en die kon ik dan in de minibar doen.
