noisy, hot water comes on and off
Location of the hotel is good, several decent restaurants nearby. Room size is moderate but it's new and modern.Bathroom is big, with hot shower however there is no compartmentation between toilet and shower. There is a water machine with both cold and hot water supply.
The hotel has no elevator. So it's energy consuming for guests who stay upstairs. The floor is sticky and not clean!! Should install a mosquitoes net at the window, there were big insects flew into my room at night turn out i have to remove them out of my room. There is only a small chair in the room. I expect more for the price i paid because the hotel rate is relatively higher than those hotels in the surrounding.
good location.. Good service.. Clean.. Worth it.. N value for money
no lift use only staircase Iron available only near reception No fan available as substitute for aircond.
The area around had good local restaurants for steamboat close by
The internet speed was so slow, it was almost unusable.
the room is good & clean
the counter location is poor
The room was clean & tidy. The bathroom also clean. Everything about the room was satisfied me. Iam enjoy staying there
No lift. Tired to climb stairs to 3rd floor.
Everything is good. Bed very comfortable.
No lift. Not convenient for family with children/elderly.
Location . Value of money. Staff are really helpful
The rooms are clean and comfortable.
The offered Wifi is the worst we've ever had during 4 months in southeast-asia. The staff is so disinterested and can't help you to organize tours and transports. Around the hotel there are only chinese restaurants. The city Brinchang is really ugly.
Need improve in hotel facilities. . Even hot water kettle was not supplied. ..hot water machine outside room has no quality n privacy of stay....
Hot shower, good location, clean room, not too small, TV with a few selected astro channels ie axn, fox movie
Mosquito, they should install mosquito netting Parking is limited
Good Location with water heater
The hotel is located in the middle of the Brinchang town. So there are plenty of restaurants, other hotels, and shops nearby for those looking for that sort of convenience. The intercity buses stop very close by too. If you're coming from Singapore, get off when the bus stops in front of the Shell pump/ Mamu Rasul restaurant. Very convenient to take the bus back from the same place. There is also a taxi stand just 2 minutes of walk away from the hotel in case you want to go to Tanah Rata or other places in CH. The staff of the hotel were excellent. I had to wait a bit to get my room, but still managed to get it way before regular checkin time. They also stored my luggage while my room was being readied. The staff also helped with booking of tours and my bus onwards to another city. In general, they were very helpful. The hotel was extremely clean. The room, while not huge, was clean and had enough space, with plenty of towels, clean sheets etc. There is a mirror with good lighting, a TV, water jug (dispenser just outside), glasses. There is no lift so you have to walk up stairs, which was no issue for me, but in case you have trouble climbing stairs or will be bringing lots of luggage it's good to keep this in mind.
The location, while central, is really crowded, and therefore noisy. I got the front facing room, which they claimed would be more spacious. Which I guess it was but it also meant that I stayed up all night listening to people chatting in the street, hawkers clanking about in the food court and large vehicles and motorcycles whizzing and honking by. Had to buy ear plugs for the next night. If given the choice, go for the rooms at the back! As is the case with most hotels in the area, the walls are not very thick so I could also hear people watching TV at 1am and babies crying. Though with the ear plugs it was much better. Surprisingly I didn't find a lot of halal eateries nearby. Just one food court which was closed for most of the day and one over crowded restaurant. Tanah Rata has a lot more options in that regard. The hotel has no in-house restaurant so you have to go out for breakfast etc. Would be nice if that was included since they do have a dining hall. The wifi was quite slow at times. There are no toiletries in the bathroom, not even handwash, so do bring your own, or buy at the many shops nearby.
Location: close to town and within walking distance to food area and mini market. Clean room and friendly staff.
A lift to higher floors will be good. TV a bit too high, need to lie down or recline to get a better viewing point. A bit noisy during day time as there is a car wash center near the hotel.
Room is clean
Room 206 TV too high until neck pain
Looks good on the outside, but run down on the inside.
Near to brinchang night market
parking too congested room rates a bit expensive considering the room size and facilities provided
clean and modern
no lift wifi poor
Good location in town, staff are helpful - got us an extra blanket when we asked, rooms are large.
Wi-fi very poor - never worked.
Location was great, friendly staff, clean rooms simple but all you need, tour desk and tours offered
2 star hotel, 5 star service. The hotel itself was so-so, but the staff was amazing! They were very helpful all the time; when we left there was a light rain, the receptionist took some umbrellas and escorted us to the bus station. Would never have expected this in Europe...
Room bit run down, beds not really clean...Bath was ok at least. Due to the central location a bit noisy.
Early check in, we reached at 815am. Friendly staff, and excellent location for food n nite market.
Climbing stairs is tiring at times. But good for exercise.
The room appeared clean but on closer look, there are stains in the sheet.
The staff are not professional nor friendly. There are nothing around the town. Tanah Rata would be a better choice for convenience
