The hotel Location. Staff were very friendly and very prompt. Yes. The hotel was not to what we have expected. The hotel bit retired. furniture is bit over used and the price was very high.I have booked superior room which was like a standard room and i had no other choice than upgrading the room to deluxe room. |

Suite was very good. Orchid club members were treated as VIP guests. Bar & Restaurant was very good. Staff was very helpful & friendly. Close to shopping. Taxis always available. Not really. |

It is very convenient as it close to all major shopping centres in Bukit Bintang. The bathroom in superior room is open concept with the wash basin in the room which make the room wet easily. |

the room was very good. While check in, they don't have any references from booking.com. they have to key in my details arcording the hard copy resevation that i gave him and take more than 10 minutes. frustrated. |

The hotel staff were very flexible after we discovered that the air conditioning in our room was not working properly and arranged an immediate room change. The lobby staff were very helpful also. Many restaurant staff were very affecionate towards our young children which was nice. However, there seemed to be little awareness of some basic safety issues (e.g. hot cups of tea, china plates, forks, knives, etc. were frequently placed directly in front of our 19 month old child) which we quickly had to relocate to avoid an incident. Some training in this area would be worthwhile. |

near to eating and shopping areas, and all within walking distance it rained the day we wanted to shop, we asked for umbrellas, the answer was always "out of stock", so our shopping hope was dashed |

All the staff were very helpful and polite others than the front desks.. The bed (mattress) were upset and doesn't fit to be 5 star. The front desk wasn't friendly and no newspaper were sent to me until last day of my stay only after I request for one (they sent me chinese newspaper instead of English). The lift were very slow. The interior deco looks old and fade (it's time to renovate and upgrade). Lobby not spacious and doesn't impress me and my family upon arrival. |

The hotel location is very good and many attractions are within walking distance or very short and cheap taxi rides! We had problems with an aircon unit that wasn't working and after trying for 1½ hours to fix it they finally moved us to a different room at 2am!! Another room wasn't cleaned 1 day! |
