双人行可分摊房价住进豪华五星饭店太超值，对面就是金河广场，时代广场，省时又省[计程车]钱，很方便又安- 全，每一次去吉隆坡我一定要住这一家酒店。太好了。 整理房间的人，每天一定会忘记，放满浴巾或厕纸。 |

The hotel is nicely located, very clean, comfortable & spacious rooms #(322), utilities like internet, well stocked bar and, sumptious breakfast and professional staff. not really...there was a 5 hour power outage on 19th (with prior notice) however that was quite uncomfortable |

The hotel is conveniently located in the city centre, walking distance to many of KL major shopping centres and food. On the night of Feb 18th, there was power outage (local rationing by KL city administration) and the hotel make up by serving refreshments and open up the Klix lounge for hotel guests to wait out. As I drive around in rented vehicle, I need to park at hotel's designated car park, which I have to say is disappointing due to lack of parking space and narrow multi level ramps connecting the floors. My advise, do not get onto parking if driving a relatively big vehicle. |

It was value for money, especially for a 5-start hotel and when you compare it to other hotels that are rated lower. They also provided complimentary bottles of water every day, and a convenient shuttle to KLCC which makes it easier to tour the city. Another point was that when we arrived, the room we booked was no longer available (which is bad), but to our advantage, they did offer a free upgrade to an available suite which was lovely. Their communication skills can be improved. Before I booked, I emailed their reservations desk directly, asking what the late check out fee was. They said it was "half day rate", so I was lead to believe it was half of the daily room rate. The day I check out, they tell me that their "half day rate" is charged from 12noon to 6PM at a flat rate of RM180. I told them I did not mind paying, but the email should have stated the actual amount in that case, and I didn't appreciate being mislead. In the end, they offered a complimentary late check out to make up for the wrong information provided. |

Our stay at ParkRoyal was good and we had no issues with the hotel staff. The food at the Chatz cafe was very delicious and 2 days breakfast we tasted a variety of good food. The shower room and toilet did not have any locks and not spacious too. |

We enjoyed the Park Royal - great position, very comfortable beds and couldnt complain about anything really. Staff were helpful and friendly., Our room did smell a bit of cigarettes but after a day we didnt notice it probably due to air con and our perfumes etc. |

the location is fantastic, opposite to the monorail and the shopping centres. The rooms were clean and very appealing. Breakfast has loads of choices and of a very high standard. Would highly recommend this hotel. |
