This Hotel is idealy situated close to Bukit Bintan nightlife and Restorants. It is also within easy walking distance to all the major shopping complexes. We were booked into the "Orchid" floor, which we recomend as our room and the staff service was terrific. The staff could not have been more helpful at all times. One small fault, the room fridge was not cold enough and would barely cool our drinks. Still the beer in the "Orchid Room" bar was spot on. We recommend this hotel.

Both the location & interior design of the hotel are great. The service provided by the staffs are excellent too. Love it.

I loved the location, walk out the door and you were amongst it all, restaurants, shopping, bars etc. Bukit Bintang area is great, and the monorail is just a short walk away. The bed was very comfy and it was the best nights sleep I had in five weeks of travel around se Asia . May sound corny but the Parkroyal felt like I was at home so I call it my "Home away from Home". It was a delight and I would stay there again if in kl. Staff were very attentive and polite. It deserves it 5 star status and it did not disappoint. On my 2nd visit within 2 weeks I stayed in another 5 star hotel near kl Tower and wished I had re booked the Park Royal .Not to worry , Ces't la vie ... Go for it.... Just book it ...

Great location; walking distance to major shopping centres and eating streets. Convenience transport with Monorail Station nearby.

When I left, the staff urged to take my baggages to take taxi, it doesn't matter , I would pay tips , Then I wanna Meter taxi and wait outsides, The staff and other women said outside road blocked, (demonstration) one minutes after, they asked the linked executive TAXI (malaysia word) I just know the word of TAXI, different type and bigger than normal, I said nothing but get on car. I felt uncomfortable when the taxi fare was 124- arrival to "Airport" , I felt disappointed with the staff did not mention this was Executive TAXI (since, Airport to Hotel was RM74 when I arrived, that really cracy) Tell you one more thing, When I arrived to Airport on the date on 26April 2012, the airport taxi counter's girl stayed RM102 to Parkroyal at the first time, I query, then she said it should be RM74 and also I have two baggages. Cause I am the first time to Malaysia, I know how much to City , it was so urgly about the TAXI SERVICE provided in Malaysia, Please reveal to your Tourism Dept.

The location was excellent as we were along the Bukit Bintang district. Food outlets and shopping malls are plenty within walking distance.

Location was very good, very central and within walking distance to shops and eateries. Free WiFi in all the rooms.

We booked a Queen Superior room expecting an above standard room, however the room didnt have a bathroom, just a sink by the bed and the bed was a double size, when I questioned the room I was told that all the rooms were called Queen Superior but they were the budget rooms. We were on the 17th Floor and we could still here the traffic below.

Great location within easy walking access to most tourist attractions, shopping, monorail, restaurants, clubs and bars. Brilliant breakfast.

Excellent central location with friendly and helpful staff with value for money price.

When I left your hotel.

We booked for a twin share (Queen size bed) when got up to our room it was changed to two singles beds. We went downstairs they told us that we were upgraded. I'm not sure how that defines an upgrade when you need one queens size bed so you can sleep with your wife as oppose to separates beds (how is this an upgrade) furthermore this was never mentioned before we went up to our room. We then also had to pay extra since we wanted a queens size bed, we had to pay for a king size bed executive room since they were not any rooms left with queens size or similiar size. If I had known your hotel never had that room available I would went elsewhere that would meet the additional 50rm we had to pay.
