Location, transportation，Cleanliness，Service/ 位于商场林立的地区，附近还有美食街Jalan Alor；坐Monorail很方便；酒店床铺枕头很干净；服务很好，大堂不错。

没有一般而言整个隔开的浴室空间，只有单个的厕所间隔和单个的沐浴间隔，洗手盆置于沐浴隔间和床铺之间，有- 点奇怪。而且洗手盆的表面破损得厉害；隔天的- Room service不太专业，沐浴露什么的只负责添加好，但不摆好，东歪西倒。

The staff were more than excellent could not do enough to make you happy, included breakfast second to none, catered for everyone and anyone.

Reported a leaky toilet, but wasn't fixed during our stay

Staff helpful. Room amazing. Fantastic location for shopping, site seeing and meals. We are going back in a few weeks, cant wait.

1. Did not indicate cleanliness of room as we did not let the cleaning staff into our room. But overall the room is clean enough. 2. PRKL is quite unexpected surprise. Although it is not new it is clean. Room orientation is good enough. We feel very comfortable and in fact more comfortable than the 5-star hotel we move into after 2 nights. 3. Location is great - easy to shopping and eateries. 4. Friends where able to pick us up with less hassle. Free parking for guests really helps. When my Malaysian friend lost her parking ticket, the staff was really nice to replace with no extra charge. 5. Staff were friendly and the buffet breakfast was really good!! in fact excellent! 6. I would rate this between 4-5 star. 7. We would definitely come back again. 8. ONly need to upgrade the Wi-Fi, especially in-rooms. Please dont charge guests who stay more than 2 days? 9. Keep up the good work. 10. The deluxe room was very spacious.

1. Just upgrade your WiFi 2. Cant thing of anything else.

The service was excellent, especially Rawi, the concierge, who assisted us with the booking of transport and suggested using the free shuttle to see the Petronas twin towers, an experience we would not otherwise have been able to fit into our schedule. Location is excellent, in the centre of Bukit, right opposite Sungei Wang Plaza shopping mall.

value for money is great, staff very nice and friendly, location is perfect near few malls and 2 monorail stations

when i tried to extend my stay they tried to trick me into upgrading by telling me my room wasn't avaliable, while "4 rooms left" was right there on booking.com

The room we has was a little smaller than expected. We also had a door near the tv which connected to another room (seem like apart of a 2 bedroom suite) which seemed a little dodgey for me.

Clean and friendly

I have stayed their before and liked the area and the familiarity of returning. The staff were very helpful and the hotel was very clean

I didnt really like the new design of the bathrooms. Felt it would be ok for couples but if travelling with a friend didnt think it was very private.

I love the location of being in the centre of shopping area and food definitely. Breakfast not bad, reasonable choices.

The two thing that I find annoying, the traffic in that area is horrendous. There was once my friend missed a turn, and it took us another 50 minutes just to turn back due to the bad traffic condition. Our friends were not very keen to meet us in that area. Anyway, nothing is perfect, it's the best place to stay for shopping and food. The room, I would prefer the newly refurbished superior room which has separate shower room and toilet, more convenient for couples. Been there every year and this was the second year not having the superior room as I booked, luckily the upgraded deluxe room for this time was a lot cleaner than last year even though it's slightly old

Good location close to monorail,shops. Staff very attentive and friendly. Room suitable for one. Reasonable priced dining. Room clean and comfortable.

Interior a bit warn carpet in room etc. having to pay for wifi in room it's free in chatz if you make a purchase. Brown water running from taps. 8
