Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Beautiful scenery and nice pool with clean water. Variety of food for breakfast and they have a lower table for kids to select the few types of kids food. Very considerate for kids. Waiting time to check in is too long. Managed to get the room only at 3.30pm

Comfortable spacious rooms. Located on nice beach with water sports. A bit outside the major tourist area but bus stop 101 is located in front of the hotel. The bus trip in town is about 20 minutes or so. Overall, nice hotel but if you are looking to be in town then I would recommend a night or two in town. Then stay a night in batu ferringhi for relaxation. Hotel is great but a bit out of town. I would stay two nights in town and then two nights in batu ferringhi.

I had a pleasant stay at the Hotel. The family room was clean, well designed and spacious to accomodate 2 adults and 2 children. The swimming pool was nice and clean. The breakfast had a variety of choices with a vacum flask of hot coffee in each occupied table. Freshly made carrot, celery and cucumber juices were also available. We had a wonderful stay.

The view from the room We didnt like the attitude from the reseption stuff nor their services , this hotls suppose to be 4 stars not five . We stayed their for 5 nights then we moved to hardrock hotel near by . Big difference between the two despite the fact that both hotels are 5 stars . Hardrock hotel is far more better

It's nice for family, especially for the kids. The were well entertained. Food is good .The atmostphere is relaxing, good to destress . Would have appreciated connecting rooms. We booked two rooms.Didn't honour the 4pm late checkout.

The Hotel is located near a very impressive street shopping circuit, there are restaurants here, massage centres with reasonable prices if you bargain. The rooms of this hotel were a complete disappointment, the bathrooms were tiny, the view was a shame. I was promised a partial sea view what I got was an inch of sea view, which too was non visible because of the dust covered glass window. The hotel's room service is extremely poor. The breakfast is ordinary. The hotel staff is not friendly at all. I asked for a coffee latte at break fast, and the attendant made a face as if I had asked her to work double shifts.

Love the beach and facilities especially for the kids. It`s locall fares were within the vicinity. Services from the front desk and restaurant were unpleasant & uncourteous....! This were the main reason that deter me & my family to return to the same hotel on our next trip...!

Location is excellent.If you do not like to have expensive lunch or dinner at the hotel,plenty of resturants of wide variety of taste are available near the hotel.Beach is excellent,where you can relax for hours.The driver of the taxi arranged by the hotel for city sight-seeing was well behaved,friendly and helpful.He worked as a guide in addition to be a driver. Taxis arranged through hotel(hotel to airport) are very expensive comparing to market rate.

The hotel has very nice beach front and swimming pool for relaxation. Great breakfast too. unfortunately my stay was too short to enjoy any of those. Hope to come back again. Internet in the room seems not free.
