The hotel was comfortable and in a beautiful position. However, in particular, I am grateful to the Safety & Health Officer ,Mr Mohan Veerasamy, for his wonderful assistance. I developed a illness problem during the last day of stay and he helped greatly by accompaning me and my husband to the hospital and taking care of the praticalities.This is very much appreciated and I will certainly recommend the hotel to all my friends. |

The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good. It was relaxing - spacious grounds. Fumes from all the boating/jetskis on the beach all day. Minor detail - all the hotels on that beach would have the same problem. |

The pool and garden area is impressive with lots of trees and foliage. Reception and lounge area spacious and airy. Service is friendly and the resort has almost everything that we need. Having a massage so close to the beach was a relaxing experience. Has a well runned gym with most gym equipments. Wasn't impressed with pool staff washing pool table and deck chair into swimming pool. |

I had a great time swimming by the pool, icy cool beer in the afternoon, and sleeping under the tree by the beach The room deco & the TV is outdated. Bathroom is not satisfactory. Bedspread & linen smells funny. |

Nice garden area with direct access to the beach. Comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Would have expected a bit more luxury due to the paid price. Presence of jellyfishes in the description would have been expected. |

The hospitality of staff, pool, room, breakfast variety, cool banana's cafe one meal did two people & location for night market and beach. I could not falt any thing with the hotel this is our third stay. |

Staff are all very friendly and helpful, Rooms are good sized with big bed! Wide selection of buffet breakfast. Good location, walking distance to night hawker food stalls which are fantastic! Lots of restaurants nearby to hotel as well! Difficult to find a table for breakfast at some mornings. Price of drinks at the bar is rather expensive! |

Staff are lovely and friendly. Food is very expensive so get out of the hotel and sample some of the amazing hot Penang dishes -- the north India style and traditional Malaysian is incredible. Chinese Food is quite bland here. My room was right next to the mosque so I was woken up at 5.15 every morning by loud wailing which lasted for 45 minutes. |

Beach location, Friendly staff (all of them), Buffet breakfast, Pools, Hotel restaurants, Hotel lobby, Spacious rooms, Clean Bathrooms, Close to night market, Close to Hawker Market which results in great cheap local cuisine, Close to many mini marts and laundromats, Across the road from post office. The room we had was the city view room and the windows were not soundproofed. As a result at times it was noisy. |

Have stayed here over the last 10 years. Very central for night market and restuarants. Breakfasts very good and staff most helpful. The beds are very hard but they did provide a mattress topper when requested. It would be nice if sunbeds had a mattress as it is rather uncomfortable when laying there for several hours. |
