Friendly and helpful staff and I enjoyed your buffet breakfast very much. It's a place where you can really relax yourself. Peaceful and relaxing, it's an ideal place for your honeymoon and annivesaries. |

The room was really nice, with pelnty of room. The airconditioning in the room was not cold enough and the swimming pool was not big enough for all the guests. |

The rooms are pretty good, clean, comfortable. Personally i thought the outside area was a little shabby and run-down looking for a 5 star property at that price. |

Quiet and relaxing, there are some good restaurants (alot cheaper than hotel) a short walk along the beach from the hotel. We booked a suite for with 2 rooms, and found only bedding for parents - asked for beds, they said it was 120MYR/night (each) - but they only charged us for one bed in the end. So I was pretty impressed (as the room was advertised as 3 people + space for extra bed) Very Pricey food & drink - about 3x more expensive than wandering down the beach to get a good meal. Sea is quite dangerous with jellyfishes (and not clear blue water), Ok for watersports, no good for swimming. |

relaxing , great for kids , great kids meals, kids club needs to be relooked at but okay for 3 year olds. great location, spa a little expensive , but overall great and will go back. meal, drink and spa prices, a little expensive for malayasia |

Nice Hotel, the cost-view is no too bad,hotel surrender by palm trees my kids enjoyed Outdoor Swimming Pool that flows onto the beach. can do better , housekeepers often missed to use vacuum my wife had to call the supervisor. the food quit expensive compare to the others hotel and not so tasty/good for the money value. |

Sports and family facilities Checking in is a hassle, though already booked through internet. Rooms are sea fronting and as such, it is not good for value, though the website stating that it is sea view. |

Great location, very nice pool area that flows onto the beach, well maintained rooms and very comfortable. Hawker markets excellent, especially Long Beach. No need to eat expensive food and drinks at hotel. Breakfast terrible, no free internet, food and drinks expensive, not given enough information about needing to book for scheduled shuttle bus transfers into Georgetown (which often booked out) at arrival and these are not complimentary. |

It is relax and next to the beach, more important is it renovated and it is quite new. I like the services rendered as well, keep the good work up and i will stay there again if i am in Penang. |

Staff were very polite, rooms very comfortable and facilities including children's slide swimming pool were excellent. Restaurant Buffet Dinner price included free flow of wine & beer. Maybe should charge buffet dinner cheaper & not include wine & beer. Nobody in our family drinks so we find it a bit expensive. |

i had discover that the housekeeping did not change the bedsheet everyday ( stayed for 2 nights only . they are using the same bedsheet on the day that i check in, so poor. |

Too many motor sport activities too near to the beach,very noisy disturbing the very nice natuture surrounding. Rooms on hill side quite noisy and too near the moschee early morning loud prayers. |

The staff only. 1- I reserve for "Deluxe" room but was not provided. 2- The food prices are extremely high while food quality was very poor. 3- The room prices are high, 4- I know the beaches are for public but I think you should arrange with the policy how to but some controls specially on the water activities providers. |
