le repos et la nature, mais domage qu'il a plu 2 sur 3 jours. la plage est trop petite et l'eau n'est pas suffisament propre pour pouvoir nager. |

Everything - Très bon hotel, belle chambre, très bon service, bien placé, très bon buffet, la qualité de la nourriture, activités + watersports à la plage, beau jardin / piscine... Happy Hour à 17h !, free parking... Prices in hotel - les prix pratiqués à l'hotel - pour tout min 3 fois plus cher que dans la rue devant hotel; 2 fois aurait été comprehensible. Mosqué à proximité de l'aile gauche de l'hotel (au sud- ouest) = appels à la prière à 5h30 du mat et pendant la sièste ...entre autres; mais les chambres de l'aile gauche qui donnent vers nord-est et les autres = ok |

l'emplacement de l'hôtel devant la mer la plage est complètement inutilisable, a cause de la présence de trafique du sport sur la plage.mais heureusement la piscine de l'hôtel est magnifique... |

Bien situe en bord de mer et proche du centre ville. La plage de mauvaise qualite, on ne peux pas prendre les transac sur la plage car plage publique et eaux sale |

The park-like garden on the edge of the beach is wonderful to relax in. The pool is gorgeous, with beautiful flowers, bushes, ferns and trees.The breakfast has a very wide choice of dishes which you can enjoy almost in the garden. The bar in the garden is also great, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. |

close to the night market the price was very high compared with the services provided and to other resorts in the vicinity. staff did not care abour prior requests put on the booking and denied some conditions written in the booking confirmation form. there are no considerations for muslims there, Alcohool is everywhere even where children are playing. the staff are not helpful at all. |

I like the food, beach, facilities and services. The reception staff are very nice. Well, 30 minutes before the breakfast time ends you will see the staff starting to be egor to close and clear the tables. This makes you feel like you are being asked to leave earlier than you should. |

The friendly staff, good food and the massage from Danny who works on the beach in front of the hotel. The rooms that face the road, as ours did. They are very noisey from the cars and the calls to prayer. |

nice little touches like the cookies and being flexible with check out time on our leaving day. all in all a lovely hotel. Very nice outside area. The staff were very friendly and helpful and it is in a great location for the markets. the early morning prayer call at 5.45 and 6.00 am which was really loud in our hillview room and woke up our baby every day.- I would have maybe chosen a seaview room if I was aware of it, I think It would not have been as loud from the beach side. |

We had a suite at the hotel which was lovely, plenty of room, nice staff and good choice of food and drinks. Hotel was close enough to walk to other nice restuarants and shopping. Drinks are very expensive in the hotel, not so much the alcohol but soft drinks and juices. |

nothing, just the location. I've more than three, 1- The hotel staff they were very bad and terrible in conversations specially the women. 2- The price was really shocked, because they asked me to pay services charges and tax for every day individually, so the price is including (room price, room service, tax) for every day and I've visited many countries in Europe and many cities in Malaysia and they have not do this; in general the hotel stole my money. 3- The laundry in the hotel destroyed my wife jeans and changed the color of the jeans and when we asked the laundry about they denied easily. It's really very bad hotel and I'll not recommend to any one. |

Clean rooms, good facilities, nice open spacious lobby, nice breakfast. Good hotel if you're planning to stay in Penang and come for a bach holiday with lots of things to do. The hotel is very close to the beach and just in front of the beach there's a quad hiring piont. This can be a bit loudy if you want to have a after lunch nap in the hotel garden... :-). Also make sure that you've planned the duration of your stay carefully, we found it quitte challenging to adjust it when already checked in. Eventually succeeded without having to pay to much but it took some effort. |
