Very near to town with a lot of facilities, eg eating places, shopping, etc

Room facilities, eg the fridge not working properly. Even the floor is not clean and shower not working. Windows in the master bedroom no curtain because the window glass is very clear.

You could check in at anytime you want.

The apartment is too dirty and dusty, the swimming pool is so dirty, there is no 24 hours swimming pool as stated on the website, the lift is spoiled, the staircase has no lights, there is no directions for us to find your apartment.

Reasonable price.. Based on the facilities provided its really worth of money with given our limited budget.. The facilities provided is good. The swimming pool is clean and less crowd. The apartment condition is great.. Spacious, comfort and these give us a home like feeling.. The owner is very helpful.. Otherwise the trip was cool and enjoyable..

Cuttleries and crockeries needs to improve, very low quality.. Unsuitable for cooking purpose. It would be better if the air-conditioner get the room cool faster as the weather in PD is quite hot. The surrounding is kinda creepy as less people stay here.. Need to improve television channels as its very limited. Its quite far from clean beaches.

The resit for payment is not really look like pd marina world something like a homestay.

Even the environment is a bit scary....but the accommodation is in the best conditions. Thumbs up....

Strategic location, near eateries n supermarket.

Awful n rowdy crowd tht checked in there. Our door had a flimsy lock n we were afraid to sleep at nite due to rowdy occupants. A monkey pooed,peed and swam in the kids pool. We were concerned abt the hygiene of the pool. On top of that the rowdy crowd monopolised the pool. My kids were genuinely disappointed wt the place. Not a safe place for family stay.

The rooms are spacious and clean.

The building look old due to lack of maintenance. The outside paint faded and garden not maintain.

Owner off the parlor's air-con, as we have to request them to on the air- con. This make my friend unhappy and nearly spoiled our trip.

Near beach

The unit I stayed was not clean. I had to buy a mop and floor cleaner and spent hours to clean the unit. Still the unpleasant smell persisted. It would have been a pleasant stay if the unit was in a clean state. On scale of 0-10, I would rank it 2.

Although from the outside look like unmanageable because lack of maintenance... but when we reach out the room, we feel very comfort. I've made reserve from booking.com then i know the company that take over for the room that I've reserve (apartment with 3 bedrooms) is Maya Enterprise.. At that time i know PD Marina actually was supervised by few company... Each company only take over for their own apartment. That is why we can see from the outside it is seem like a abandon place. But for me and my family, we were so please to have a night at that room because it so comfort and of course save our money... It is good for people who really need budget hotel... And not forget to mentioned, we also love the kitchen tools that En. Yassin the owner of Maya Enterprise set in the room.. We can use the frying pan even the plates and cutlery tools for refreshment... We feel like we are in our home because we can cook without thinking to bring the kitchen tools... That's all our experience...

Interior of the apt is clean and comfortable, would very much appreciate staff could briefly show guests how to use the facilities of the apt eg., we were struggling with the kitchen pipe usage. Would like to see more TV channels as especially when foreigner checks in and may like to watch international news such as BBC or CNBC or other English programs. Overall stay is good and near to shops which convenient.

Scary environment !!!really felt like staying at haunted resort!!!

Reasonable price, Could swim peacefully in swimming pool since less crowd. Apartment Hall & rooms are reasonably big and clean including washrooms. (I'm referring to the apartment which i stayed.)

1) The surrounding are really dark and quiet at night, especially around bay view. should increase more bright lightings and the building should be maintain properly to attract more tourist/guest. 2) Far from beach 3) very minimal guest were there even during peak time and during night it's scary if we are especially with children but i'm not sure about the other blocks.

This is my first time travelling planning with family which was very successfully made as I can say...The rooms was execellent which 13 of us stay in the room. Its only happend we was in the pool from 1030pm - 3.30am which we not realise at all since no body carry handphone...At the end of 3.30am someone through a fry me packet towards the pool which make us shock...May be its too much that we spend the time which outside the ristricted time but we much appreciate if the workers there just notify us in case we over use the facilities rather then throw the mee packet to pool...Other than this incident nothing to commentable...I

If will recommand to travellers if they not spending much time in the room...

For the price paid, the apartment is spacious and well-maintained on the inside.

The whole place where the apartment is located looks very much a run-down place. It has not been maintained properly on the outside. While there is on-duty guard at the entrance gate, a lot of empty and deserted apartments in such a big area might be of security concern especially for people travelling alone or needing help.

There is a bed.

The buildings looked very old and worn, like it hasn't been cleaned for 20 years. The corridor outside my apartment was flooded. The tap was faulty, and after repair, water coming out from the tap and shower were brown in colour even after leaving it to run for 10 mins. DiGi reception is poor in that area. All the facilities were old, including tv and aircon. The green towels provided had a weird smell. You have to call the person when you reach pd World Marina and wait for him to take his own sweet time to come. It was just a horrible stay. Booking this place was the worse choice I have made in my entire life with regards to hotel accommodation. It's a scam.
