1) the room floor very sticky / smelly. 2) aircond very hot. 3) room door could not be opened on 4 incidences. 4) staff at the reception conter not friendly 5) messy corridor 6) table at cafe not clean (breakfast)

Baby pool

No phone, toilet flush broken, tv manually operated, wardrobe dusty, service slow. Comforter stale, ants. Took lift a few times to front office to inform of shortcomings. Although paid for 2 nights, I checked out the next evening. Family complained lousy. Request for pillow, never came. Service staff not courteous, never greet

Rooms service, facilities, complimentary coffe, wet lobby, wet lifts, unfriendly staff, power trip, no iron & ironboad , check in took one hour.. The list goes on.. I wouldnt stay here anymore

They allowed me to check out at 3pm without charges.

-No wifi provided / available -No hot water -Stained pillow case and bed sheet -Given a room with malfunction door which need to be open manually using master key obtain from the reception . Furthermore need to wait for available staff to open the door every time we go out.

Helpful Front Desk Manager by the name of Mr. Tun. I booked thru booking.com for a studio room but apparently it was running high occupancy for that day and gave up my room. They upgraded me to a bigger room.. Which is a 3 bedroom apartment. For a single occupant to a 3 bedroom appt.. ?? Scary to be all alone.

Rooms are not well kept.. Smelly toilets and unkept toilets. Wet floors from families coming up from the pool. Under staffs.. Receptionist was also understaff as there was a big crowd checking in.

Words can hardly be found to express the poor quality overall. Outdated hotel with fungus allover the room. Even filthy is just an understatement. This hotel is a serious health threatening place to be. Not only the rooms but also the public places. Stray dogs allover but even they disliked the hotel. Staff (pretends to) not understand you. This is my reason to step away from booking.com. Sorry guys, but this is THE biggest ripoff i have ever seen, and as i work in the travel industry i can say my opinion is thrustworthy...

spacious and awesome room,panoramic view towards sea,,great facilities,full of variety for breakfast,great location..good for family or single traveller.two thumbs up..definitely will recommend others n cant wait to come back there again, hopefully the service n facilities will remain the same forever.

dissappoinment on beaches that didnt properly maintain,lots of rubbish n pile of garbage on the sand,it even more worst when low tide time..need to put more signage telling location of the hotel,,signage also at the beaches, pool area,need to really improve on wifi n internet connectivity..

The hotel room is not so clean. The sand on the beach are yellowish and hard.

room dirty, sheets and towels not changed, kettle jug malfunction, shortage of tap water, location of room far from pool and lobby (not given the room we requested)

General upkeep of the resort is rather disappointing, considering the fact that it is a relatively new set-up. Could have been a wonderful resort if maintenance was kept up to standards expected. It was very nice however to be given an upgrade by the reception after checking out two apartments, one of which was rather deplorable in condition.

1) Plaster ceiling in peeling condition in the bathroom 2) missing roof tiles from balcony 3) air-con in some rooms blowing air 4) wet bathrooms all the way on checking-in 5) the floors in the apartments could have been better cleaned
