Spacious room with coffee facilities Sheets were dirty first night when arrived - called reception twice, no response - had to sleep on dirty sheets. Cleaner did change sheet next morning. Breakfast not for Westerners - just toast but no knifes. All other things on menu were spicy and we could not eat it (rice, noodles etc). Reception staff (2 guys) not very helpful and we waited a long time to be served when arrived at reception. |

very good value for money! clean bed, nice smelling bedsheets, pillows, clean bathrooms, big bed, big room, big nice breakfast, smiling friendly staff, good & safe location near the mrt station, really good budget hotel almost like a 3 star one! Definitely will stay here again when in KL, Thank you! only the smell of the cigarette in some rooms, suggest the hotel to spray deodorizer after room use |

The aircond seriously need upgrading. It was even at nights. Even the lobby area cooler than the room. Lightings in room need improvement. Basement parking bay for guests need to be cleaned as it was dirty and we could see rats in the area. Improve ventilation in the hotel's lifts. |

Hotel medíocre, nunca deveria estar no vosso site. Em 3 dias nunca mudaram os lençois da cama e que já estavam usados. Este hotel não dignifica o vosso site. |
