Buffet breakfast is good. Staff are friendly. It is too isolated. Hotel should provide free shuttle service to nearest shopping area. Very inconvenient to guests without transport. No metered taxi available. |

Friendly staff The room I stayed in on the 3rd floor smelled musty and had lingering smell of smoke. Internet was unreliable and intermittent even though it was a deluxe room and I promised internet. Walls are very thin. Other guests were very noisy. |

The room are ok. Wifi is free. The tv channel is good. 1. The bathroom is small and not clean. 2. There were no staff helping or directing me. 3. The breakfast was bad and the venue is bad and run down. |

It was really meaningful for me as a Muslim for which they prepared a Praying Mat which seldom can be found in most hotels.It is really value for money with facilities they have such as free wireless internet, Astro and iron with iron board in each room plus other ordinary facilities that usually found in standard hotels. the smell of the lobby was annoying and the receptionist uniform was worn out. Prescott also must make up their restaurant- it was very dull and boring.But the food was good! |

Good service by staff. Simple,quiet, comfortable & nice. Good for those who have transport. There are not many shops or restaurants around the hotel. You need transport if you want to go shopping or anywhere else. So it's better to have your own car or you need to call a taxi. |

Quite and calm location. Easy access to Klang City and surroundings. Easy access to expressway to move out of Klang to KL and further. Overall, a good value for money hotel. I got >60% discount through booing.com compared to published rate/phone booking. Could improve on the bathroom fittings to give a little more modern look. |

Good parking facility, only 4 floor, I like to walk upstairs then the lif, b'fast at the restaurant is very delightful, most of all your cosy swimming pool. I can see a lot of room external look need immediate repair, good businessman hotel, but some very familiar people loitering in the ground floor entrance look like pimp to me. |
