Layout of the hotel and facade. The facilities and the architecture. We hate the big clumpsy cusion on the beds. Beds are hard and has bugs. Both of our ankles hit the sharp edges of the bed wooded base and caused a cut on our skins. No complimnetary mineral water in the room. We have to asked for it and it took about half an hour to deliver to our room. There were rubbish behind the curtains, this indicates the room are not throughly clean. To our opinion this hotel is not a 5-star hotel.

I..Like..the..most..decoration..of..the..bathroom...and..suite'S. .So..enjoyable.&..nice..view..of..the..hotel...also..the.price..i- s..worth..it..and..very..clean..and..staff...also..friendly Actually. .The...rest..of..the..food..is..so...fantastic. .But..me..and- ..my..husband..was..so..frustrated..on..the..rice..of..the..menu..nasi.- .Lemak..on..breakfast...which...is..the..rice..is..not..really..cooked.- .Well...so..hard...and..there..is..some..of...coconut..milk..still..in.- .On..the..rice...it'S..really. .Make..we...lost..our..appetite. ..To..eat...that..malay..call(Nasi Jelantah)I..was .so..suprise...how..- Come...in..this..5..star..hotel..can..make..it..like..that...Actually..- Your...hotel..its..not..really..reach..our..aspectation yet..so..we..are..so...disappointed. ..On..it..I'M..sorry..

View was nice Aircond was very bad... Our 1 year infant cant sleep it was really warm.. We have to shift to another room at 2am and the same thing aircond was not working... We request for stand fan how ever they bring us a portable aircond in our room and that thing make a very loud soun... Just imagine..... We dont feel relax or enjoy...

Wonderful building..good environment with fresh viewing of lake side..very comfortable room with nice balcony..beautiful bathroom with good conditional shower..the staff very respectful and beautiful dressing..clean and clear compound... No comment at this moment..everything nice and good looking..

the location is good if you want to get away from the noise of KL but not too far. There is nothing else in the area and if you do not drive, you are stuck in the hotel which does not offer much. The architecture is beautiful but the maintenance is really unsatisfactory. We had a leaking sink which was annoying. The hotel is really a very big 3-4 stars hotel with little facilities. The breakfast is not exciting at all. We had an apartment with a nice courtyard view but if you are given a hillview, you will be facing a construction site. There is nothing in the area if you do not drive. Putrajaya is really a dead town when it comes to anything. The price is only fair if you come from a country where huge rooms in a resort is expensive.

The sceney around the hotel is beautiful and attractive. Staff are friendly and helpful. Buffet was costly but the tastes of food need to be improved generally. Varieties of food were satisfactory.

place is wonderful especially when making your morning walk around the lake. price is very good to the services provided staff are very pleasent and helpful close to the airport but you'll end up paying 75-80 RM to the taxi (if reserved by hotel) far from the down town far from any activities such as public gardens, facilities, etc.
