Staff are very kind and responsible especially the Bell Boy and Drivers.They should be rewarded accordingly. The Bath Room ok But the water ( Hot/Cold) system is not right and make life difficult. Also the room (main table) plenty of tiny ants and it was horrible. |

What a beautiful hotel, and brilliant friendly and helpful staff. Pool facilities and food was wonderful. Great for a relaxing getaway! Next time, I would have to hire a car as there really is not much to do outside or around this complex, with very poor public transport. |

The hotel was beautiful. The taxis couldn't find it at first. It is new and in a remote local. Give it a few years. I had an animal in my ceiling twice during the night. |

The aesthetic environment. The carelessness of the counter staff to charge me for an extra day of breakfast despite informing in advance that I would not be taking breakfast on the second day. Luckily, I discovered the mistake and asked for refund. |

There is only one restaurant (b's) available in the hotel. The other one is reserved by a corporate. We have to go to b's for our lunch and dinner because we have no choice. But the attitude of the restaurant's manager (I though he is the manager) is not nice. About the room, a lot of ants visiting us. |

The sarrounding is beautiful. Helpfull staff. It is spacious. Resourceful fitness centre. Good open air swimming pool. The provided shuttle service is of little or no use. Corridors, pavements, lifts, bathroom fittings, etc. are ordinary. Does not look like a five star. Should be rated four star. |

The room was very clean, beautiful and comfortable and the architecture was different to any other hotel I have stayed in. The room service was quickly delivered and the buffet breakfast at B's was delicious. The staff at B's were lovely and very ready to serve me early in the morning eventhough I was the only one in the restaurant. The check-in staff seemed a bit inexperienced and forgot to give me back my passport until I asked them. I booked and paid for a taxi to the airport only to be put in a car with another family that had also paid. |
