The Puteri Pacific Johor Bahru  

Puteri Pacific hotel staff was quite friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The my room was upgraded free of charge. The room was quite big. Bedding and pillow very soft. Bathrrom quite big. Highly recommended. good value for money

I paid 300ringgit for that room but the condition was realy bad,no hot water to bath the room smell n the aircon work badly.next time I won't book this lousy hotel,I came to spend my honey moon there bt realy wasted

Good responsive staff. Nice environment. Just the right class - not too luxurious, not too cheap.

Driving to the Hotel....road signs were confusing and too few.

I choose puteri pacific b'cos halal hotel.

I should get gov.rate but I was booked online basis, I miss my facility, booking online doesn't self explain about gov. Rates.

The location is in the heart of jb

Poor service - hotel room service is slow - food is not local tasteless and very very Expensive. Suggest try outside food - more tasteful and not expensive.

The Food & Beverage manager had some spare time to talk and address the shortcoming of the Hotel!!!

It was a four star instead of five star. That was what the front desk told me. The restaurant was closed due to the feasting monto.

The standard of the hotel was disappointing. The towels were dirty n broken.

Breakfast was good.

Bathroom door should be solid wood instead of wood stripes, the noise especially water flushing can be heard clearly in the room.

I can only say bout The Puteri Pacific Johor Bahr u....This HOTEL was PERFECT....

1.) room too dark. 2.) I stayed there for 4days but only second day got 2 bottles of drinking water and 2 cans of soft drink for complimentary. 3.)Only third day morning got english news paper(actually i requested for chinese news paper during the booking).
