Convenience and proximity of stay near the Johor Square station

Selection of Restaurants in the near vicinity of the hotel is limited and as such one needs a taxi to go to places.

I shall be contacting the company direct to make a formal complaint. However - general breakdown - Bathroom 1)Blocked sink 2)Bathroom floor was flooded when the water did go through 3)No hot water for showering 4)Bathroom light didn't work so room was in semi darkness Bedroom 1) Aircon was louder when switched OFF than on. Breakfast 1) We had to queue behind 20 people for breakfast (and wait for 20 mins to get in) - the whole thing was chaotic and disorganised. 2) There were 10 people queueing for eggs and no chef. When he did arrive he cooked one egg at a time per person instead of cooking several peoples orders at once. 3) Food ran out in various sections. There was still 2 hours to end of service 4) Some people ended up seated in the main lobby and had to walk further for breakfast

Reasonable room rate

1) Very friendly doormen and lobby staff 2) Very close (5 mins walk) to City Square 3) Next door KFC 4) Spacious room 5) Based on location alone, i will recommend this hotel to others

1) Our card access have problems going into the room a couple of times 2) Our card access have problems with lift sometimes bypassing our floor(we stayed at 13th floor) 3) Our floor lift lobby has a flickering light bulb since morning till evening (nobody replaced it) 4) No menu for room service (we have to call and ask for one) 5) No booklets or any pamphlets in the room showing us the facilities available in the hotel 6) The control panel (for controlling aircon and lights from bedside) have some buttons not working 7) Poor sound insulated walls (we can hear people talking while walking pass our room

I paid 300ringgit for that room but the condition was realy bad,no hot water to bath the room smell n the aircon work badly.next time I won't book this lousy hotel,I came to spend my honey moon there bt realy wasted

Poor service - hotel room service is slow - food is not local tasteless and very very Expensive. Suggest try outside food - more tasteful and not expensive.

Non smoking rooms had cigarette smell
