Convenient location. Lots of parking.

Very poor state of maintenance. Room aircon controls have been dismantled and hardwired for central control, so it's either too warm or too cold! Turn on the bath tap and water comes out from both the bath tap and shower head, no matter how hard you push or pull the selector knob. Housekeeping don't know how to make the bed, putting the blanket between the sheets! The hotel doesn't deserve the rate it charges. That's probably why there were lots of empty parking spaces!

Old hotel, but well-maintained. staffs are curteous.

1.Over charge.... Charge by online booking RM306,but when check out charge rm396. 2.Hiden charge..most of hotel did not charge food/breakfast...but this hotel has chagred me about RM40++

The hotel is close to the tourist center and shopping centers and good facilities.

My double bed was not in good shape. It sank in the middle. It caused me back pain. I ended up sleeping on the floor. The bed need to be replaced badly.

Some of the facilities such bedspread and the hotel carpets look very old., It should be change.

The good facilities are not well manage e.g, ping pong table, cleanliness of swim pool and other facilities

The surrounding amenities which are close-by like the Melaka zoo, Butterfly, crocodile farm and of course shopping centres.

Poor air-con ventilation. My family didn't feel the coolness throughout our 3-day 2-night stay there. The reprieve from that shortcoming was the presence of ceiling fan and a standing fan. Imagine, if our stay were to be in hotter months.

Service yang lambat dan teruk. Tidak ambil serius atas aduan penginap. Bilik tidak dikemaskini dengan teliti dan bersih. *kenangan yang pahit bilik air sumbat sehingga melimpah air dan keluar sehingga ke ruang tidur dan pintu masuk.

Harga yang berpatutan...Bilik yang bersih dan kemas..Mengadap kolam yang indah dipandang. Terdapat kolam yang besar dan sesuai untuk anak mandi manda.Hotel berdekatan dengan tempat-tempat menarik untuk dilawati seperti zoo, taman buaya, taman mini, taman tema dan kereta lembu untuk dinaiki. Percutian yang menyeronokkan.

Cadangan: Kaunter receiption ok cuma perlu lebih friendly dan sentiasa tersenyum to entertain the customer.

1. Bilik yg luas 2. Pool dewasa dan kanak2 yg besar dan menarik 3. Harga bilik yg murah dan berpatutan berbanding hotel berdekatan

1. Penghawa dingin yg dikawal oleh central building. Penginap tidak ada pilihan utk kawal penghawa dingin menyebabkan keadaan bilik begitu stuffy. 2. Siaran tv yg tidak jelas menyebabkan warga tua yg duduk dlm bilik utk menonton tv merasa bosan. 3. Penginap perlu telefon sendiri bahagian reception utk meminta sehelai tuala lap kaki. Alasan mereka tuala itu atas permintaan penginap dan tidak sediakan oleh pihak hotel. 4. Sarapan tidak mempunyai banyak pilihan tetapi kebanyakkan makanan sedap dan tidak menghampakan. 5. Tilam katil double bed tidak stabil dan tidak selesa semasa tidur. 6. Sekuriti dikawasan pool terlalu rapuh. Terdapat kejadian budak lemas yg serius di pool dewasa semasa hari pertama menginap disitu. 7. Kawasan letak kereta tiada lampu dan ini menyebabkan kawasan itu amat gelap pd waktu malam
