Gorgeous hotel, very friendly staff. We received an upgrade to a beautiful suite which had great views. We dined in the hotel`s restaurant and it was absolutely perfect and not expensive at all! It is far from the city centre which wasn`t a problem for us

Great views, green, excellent facilities, excellent breakfast. It is a 35min taxi drive from lcct - ca rm90 if you take 'budget taxi' at the exit from the terminal (I think regular taxis are cheaper though). - did not realise the breakfast was not included, but the value was still very good

Their staff & facilities like biz centre on going 24hours.. Everything perfect..but parking is too far from hotel...easy for me to trvel with friends...but not for a group of family to take a little time for walk to the hotel lobby..the rate also quit expensive...to remind u that there are many competitor when whe talking about rate..1 Reason only people choose Shang bcoz of their location in Putrajaya...

Everything is good, I love the room and the bathroom.The swimming pool is nice,It is elevated,and I get to see Putrajaya from the pool The buns were cold, the waiter did not warm it up. Other than that,everything was good.

The privacy and the scenic view. Spa is terrible, you did not get what was in the website menu. There was a snake in our bathroom in the spa

Nothing 1. Poor service, 2. Font Office staff/ manager not properly trained, 3. Bed sheet and towels had stains on it, 4. No proper eating/ dining facilities available, 5. No proper parking available. Overall a bad experience.

Excellent service, made us feel like we were most important people in the hotel. Room was perfectly appointed and clean, bellhop and room service waiter vehemently refused gratuity yet provided amazing service. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Nothing.

Friendly staff. Nice rooms. Good location. Nice view. The smell of coking coming from the kitchen is spread all over the hotel and that is because no separation is made for the kitchen No wifi in the rooms

- Free from hustle and bustle of city life extended even to hotel - Near to the international airport Hotel electricity wiring: missing basic concept. Poor hotel fruit basket. Curtain gaps too large.

This hotel is fine for couple , I book the hotel due to un proper plan but I discover a V. Nice quite one , excellent for relaxing , but V. Faraway from the city and other facilities. The rooms are occupied by a big furniture so no space to move around. Putrajaya area is a new modern carefully landscaped v green in nature . The quite of the place, landscape around the hotel , staff of the hotels were so kind and helpful.

The room layout was great and the views from the room were wonderful. There was a lack of customer service in certain areas, such as the spa and pool. While staff were helpful, it did take several times for satisfaction to be reached.

It is all right if you have business in Putrajay or have to go to the Courts. I don't think anyone will stay there for a holiday.

Most of all I liked the bathroom with the windiw to the main room - the idea is very interesting The Wi Fi connection was very poor and there was no menu for room cervice in the room

Didn't get to experience much as we so happen to fall sick but it was pretty good. nice room, excellent bed. they didn't have any panadol. how can they not have panadol on standby in case any of its guest falls sick in the middle of the night? i had to drive out at 5.30am to buy panadol from a petrol station about few KM away.
