The best hotel in Kuala Lumper, 1. two hotel under same name, one is five star other one is four star (budget friendly) 2. best mall in kuala lumper 3. water park 4. The taxi which is contracted with the hotel are giving real prices better than the public taxi

unfortunately....i choosed non-smoking room but they informed me there is no non-smoking room available so they put me & my wife in smoking room and the smell in hill was very bad...this is the only bad thing which i encounter as it was honeymoon.

Good gym and good shopping

Staff were not as polite as the sunway resort and spa , staff were pretty lazy.. Think the only hardworking ones were the make up room staff.

The service was great.. I get to have an early check-in and a late check-out.. The best part was they called me two days before i check-in, and ask me what time i would like to check-in.. The shopping centre and the swimming pool, even though I have to walk over to the resort for a swim.. The water theme park, like the beach in the middle of the city..

Location as Sunway Pyramid Tower Hotel is right next to Sunway Pyramid Shopping Centre. Facilities shared with Sunway Resort Spa such as swimming pool are very good. Staffs at shared facilities and from Sunway Resort are very corteous and friendly.

Room 9131 is designed very badly. The bed is placed two steps away from the door. It is very noisy. No space for luggage except if you place it between main door, TV (one step away from main door) and bed (two steps away from main door and TV). The worst is the reception staffs - very unhelpful, rude and extremely misinformed.

Location, convenient, food, shopping, good service, clean & spacious room.

Very easy to go shopping and watch movie. Near the sunway lagoon so we spent time the whole day together. The swimming pool very awesome.

A very old hotel. The lobby looks great but the room is very old and small. Although just next to sunway lagoon, will not come back again Becoz the lagoon also very old and lack of maintainers. The sunway streets are so dirty and full of rubbish.

It"s very convenient for parents who have children studying at sunway university

Too expensive. Should have a discounted rate for sunway students"s parents

The view of theme park is fantastic.

The room is not as big what I expected. No place to put my big luggage like other hotels do.

Easy assess to shopping mall

The room is not as clean as expected.Carpet is dusty. The "executive" room that we stayed is smaller than the non-executive room for some reasons.

Room price a bit high

The check in staff at reception is not fair in treating me and my colleagues during our check in. I have specific we perferred queen size bed when I booked 4 rooms for us. We check in same time but I was the first in the Q yet she gave all the quuen size bed to my male colleagues and gave me the 2 single beds room stating there was not enough rooms, she also asked and gave the rest of them morning newspapers yet faile even to ask if I require any.

We were upgraded to executive with resort view upon check-in. The staff are very friendly, profession and sincere. Convenient location next to shopping centre, theme park and lots of good restaurants. Very enjoyable stay.
