The Hotel Location is very good and value for the money I spent The secuarity that incharge out side the hotel, I mean the parking side is very rude and not friendly. Friend that bring car and just park just a few minutes can not make so. He will chease the car as soon as posibble even though there is no car behind. He want the driver park the car where he can collect rm10.00 |

It was convenient, at the middle of the city. (1) Access by road to the main entrance is very confusing and restricted. If one missed the road exit to the hotel, one would have to make long detours to come back to it. (2) The state of the hotel itself could be better maintained, such as the carpet and the wallpapers. |

good location front office/telephonist staff a bit rude.i was called the hotel as my mother(tired and old) had arrived before me.i was requested to checked in 15 minutes earlier if possible.a lady answered it with high pitch of NO. i do understand probably the room wasnt ready yet,but at least with a good manner will be much better. |

free breakfast with not bad quality and taste. location is good, near to shah alam city shopping area. room condition, aircond, toilet condition & towels were not matched the room price. |

Only the location is good. The shopping area and the surrounding is very convenience for hoteliers. 1. The room is in bad conditions, All the furniture and the toilet facilities need refurbishment. The towels and the bed sheet in need to be replaced.The gym and squash court is not usable. No internet facility in the room except at the lobby where usage is chargeable. |

Location is so nice for shopping at the walking distance only. Breakfast is excellent Thanks for upgrade our room during our stay without extra charges. reception lobby should have sofa & table rather than square seat ( good for kids only) |

It is close to the shopping complex: can shop around and relax. Compared to Corcorde Hotel nearby, the food at the Quality Hotel (breakfast) less variety. It should be upgraded. Tv transmission also not very clear, maybe the system is not properly maintained. |

The hotel staffs were all friendly and did their job professionally (receptionist, telephonist, housekeeping, restautant). Thr food was good and had varieties. Since I came from Johor, the cab driver lost his way during the trip sending me from KL Central to the hotel. He got confused with the roads esp which section the hotel is located that night. |

I had choosen a Family suites and thru my experience staying in hotels i've not seen a room setting so spacious. My family loves the ambiance in the hotel room. The bed was excellant, just nice for a family of four. Had a great time staying at Quality hotel. The surrounding view during the day were not as exciting as it was during the night (Review was right). The lift was upsetting, because as we tried to go up it did not move but went down slightly by 4 inches. My famly got a fright of their life. Choice of food was good but can still improve. |

客室とロビーが違いすぎる ロビーはとても立派だが、客室がちょっとひどい感じがする。とくにシャワー室のドアがボロボロで、洗面所の- 水は溜まりっぱなしだった。 |
