Easy to try Indian foods from Indian Restaurants around the hotel.

I took the Premier Room of this hotel in 16th floor, but they did not provide any fruit basket in the room according to their brochure for premier room. Even the room size was smaller. Room Bathroom condition was very bad. After having shower every time Bath Room floor flooded with water. Very bad condition.

the location of the hotel is very convenient as all major malls are walking distance only

bathroom has water leaks and TV channels were very limited - 6 local channels only!

The suite was large and had great views of Kuala Lumpur

Stayed at this hotel twice and both same problem of slow check in and they took a long time to confirm your booking. During my second visit, they found out that their system only record one room booking instead of 3 rooms, the Duty Manager put us in a suite at Standard Room price which is reasonable. But the extra bed they provided really old and uncomfortable, we requested to have double-cushioned but we had been waiting in the room for more than 15mins whereby they promised 'right-away'...end up the receptionist told us we need to pay extra money for that, lucky it was only one nite. Will not try this hotel again unless no choice.

Value for money. Actually Maleysia is not a clean country as western contries. Its being build newly, so it s hard to find a good and very clean place in country because coachroaches everywhere. But otel is good to place and value for money. But dont expect much thing. And the location is perfect. very near to Pavilion, ChinaTown and the towers (KL Tower and Petronas). So value for money.

Only thing I liked about the Hotel was that most of the staff were very understanding.I have stayed at this hotel on more than 3 occassions previously but found the hotel now to be rather run-down and the room to be shabby and requiring urgent renovations. Though I had booked for 6 nights, I checked out after just one night !!!!

See above - the toilet facilities were poor -Wash basin was malfunctioning, reduced number of towels and they did not seem fresh, it had not been tidied-up after a plumbing repair ! In the bedroom, the carpet was very patchy and the space very crowded.

staff were very nice persons. location of hotel was accapable to shoping centers.

mattress was very uncomfortable.sheets were dirty.

noisy, dirty and very uncomfortable with the environment.

It was a good stay, although we did not have a none smoking room. The deputy manager took us up to a room on a smoking floor to ensure the room id not smell of cigerette smoke. Everthing else was fine.
