An excellent choice for anyone looking for a 5-star hotel for a beach holiday. The rooms are great, the whole staff is wonderful and very helpful. A fine selections of different sport and other activities are available. A cozy bar and a great restaurant. I have absolutely no complaints, we had a great time there. We will definitely go there again! |

the personal touch from the hotel. so happen it was my husband birthday when we check in and without informing the hotel they actually secretly dress up our room with balloon & flower and a birthday cake. that was quite touching :) the choice of restaurent, cause we only can dine in at the resort and there is no japanese restaurent there |

Good Room size and facilities. Nice setting. Good beach and layout of pool including ability to dine by beach. On Flight Path - not pleasant! Poor command of English to poolside and beach side staff- orders did not happen and also wrong orders. We came for our honeymoon and were never left alone, fussed to the extreme. The bed pattern should have been made on our arrival, not on the last night and we were also expected to clear all this off before we got into bed, not in our experience of other hotels who do this bed decoration work. We got a cake first day - but both of us do not eat sweets! The faulty blind needed replacement, done only the next day but no one checked that it didn't work - I had to chase this again. The room service staff hovered around, including knocking on our door with orders for another room. |

Rebak Island Resort was paradise, lovely and relaxing with everything we needed on the island, but with the mainland only 15 minutes away if you wanted to get away from it all - we never wanted to leave! |

the lower ranking staff are good and courteous and they served the customers with their bests. communications on the upper level is quite not good. during change of their shifts, what the customer"s instructions is not being relayed to the next shift shift, so there is always miscommunications just like what happened to us. we extended our stay, i went twice to the reception to tell them that we will extend for two nights. we went to a tour and when we came back in the afternoon, we were told that our room was double locked because we did not say we are extending our stay. i asked several times for our bills so we could pay, everytime, they will tell us, they have to double check. |

The staff was extremely friendly and they really would have wanted to serve, they just did not have the needed knowledge; 4-year-old child got warm special attention, surroundings were green and nice, next to jungle - not enough towels in the room (2 adults + one child, emailed to the hotel before arrival), - in the restaurant something was forgotten almost each time, - many mosquitos in the room despite of spraying and repellants, + no guidance on the needed spraying caused us being eaten badly, the beach was not clean even if there would have been plenty of staff to gather the litter daily, no information about the spa in the rooms, spa very small and booked, limited treatments; beach towels were given to other guests after being used; the hotel was 3,5, not 5 star hotel - room had dirt in the corners, dust in the bathroom, linen and towels were worn-out and old, towels were not changed daily, air con did not function properly |

house keeping this hotel is not in Lankawi, it is on a separate Island, you will need to get a boat to reach the island, we had to wait for boat timing, some times 2 hours, you can't leave the Island after 6:30PM. also hotel managmnet comes up with strange Ideas like compulsary dinner cost 100 US$ per person, they charged to our bell without even informing us that this was compulsary. |

The hotel was generally nice and had a good beach and pool. The staff were friendly and the food was good. The kayaking to the nearby islands was an awesome experience. The rooms were not clean and had some maintenance issues. I saw over 20 used cotton buds, wrappers and other dirt under the mattress. The air-conditioning had a problem in one room and the water-heater switch needed to be changed in the other room after they reassigned a room for us. |

The staff was very helpful but we were surprised at some of the things that got to me was the dirty sheets and even with an upgrade we ended up being in a room with very little sea view and no safety locker. the place needs to improve on the maintainance front |

Hotel is in an island and free from every day hassle, no pollution, green scenery everywhere and is very refreshing when you wake up in the morning. Should have low price food or stall nearby. |

It was a situated on an island exclusively with a marina. the arrangements to get there by boat is quite good , staff are courteous , food ok, rooms cosy and clean, price reasonable if u get a promotional package. unfortunately, its below par compared to other resorts like Bali or Hawaii. There were no bath salts or foam available and when ask for them , never came. Did not change the towels unless requested, Food choice is limited, should include b/f for all, as it is on an isolated island, actual beach front is only about 150m. The ferry schedule should be more including some evening times. |

nothing, its was bad choice the place of hotel is far from Langkawi island and you need to stick in their bout moving time, plus only one restaurant you have no other choice , over all its was bad experience. |

Being alone on an island, not too many people around. Excellent to wind down. Be aware, the hotel is, unfortunately, located directly underneath the approach to Langkawi Airport. Landing aircraft will overfly the hotel. |

not much: the place is very run down and is certainly not worth being rated as a 5 star hotel, from the 3 restaurants 2 are closed and you are forced to use the buffet in TL-light: all together for us a reasons to leave after one night,... besides: they say at the information that monkey will not come to the houses: think again... there was not much that we did like |
