Handphone left in the tiolet was returned to me upon my return from George Town. There wasn't any pencil nor ballpoint in the room for me to write. |

The nice and friendly staff, the clean environment and the free wi-fi. the staff is the hotel's greatest asset! hotel is also very near most of the famous eating places and biscuit shops. I booked a triple room but the staff was not aware of it. I had to wait at least 1.5 hours for them to set up the third bed in my room. |

I found the staff very friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean and tidy It was a very good experiance and very reasonably priced. The buffet breakfast catered for all tastes. |

Location allows access to local food. It is small enough to be friendly. The complimentory nuts & soft drinks are appreciated. The facilities provided for the money paid is value for money. Room is a bit small for family & adding a folded bed is a real squeeze. Unfortunately the spa is only for men!!! |

Location OK, near Hospital. Suitable for business/ conference ie you're not planning to spend most of your time in the room. Food is cheap although the array of dishes available ain't much. All facilities in room functioning well. Big LCD TV I booked the superior room. A bit too small for a family with children . suggest deluxe or suite if you're not alone. Massage services not to expectation |

Prompt service and responsive. No non-smoking room and can smell smoke from within the room. Hence, need to open window to obtain fresh air. Fortunately, weather was cool that night. May not be suitable for those with little tolerance of smell of smoke and those with sensitive nose or breathing problem. |

It was very comfortable and cozy. The free wireless internet access was very convenient. The staff was friendly and even the other guests were very pleasant! Lack of parking and small dining area for breakfast. |

Complimentary use of internet and 2 free pages of printing at the lobby provides guest with ease of checking on emails.Came in very handy when I used it once to check on the opening hours of a nearby tourist attraction. |

the housekeeping staff were very effecient.location was good.value for money. the room was a bit compact especially since we had taken an extra bed. the price for the extra bed was steep at rm 46.00 and did not reflect,compared to the room rate of rm133.00. |

The bed was hansome, very confortable! and the shower was the most amazing shower I haven't tried with lot of pressure in the water!!! We asked for a non smoking room but the girl of the reception told very politely that didn't have rooms for non smoking, nyway when we entried the room didn't felt that someone has smoked there. We will stay again if we decide to come to Ipoh The breakfast was a litlle poor, I missed some scrambled eggs and some bacon |

The room was comfortable and decent for the price range. Breakfast of nasi lemak was good. Great location to explore local food. Smell of cigarette smoke in room parhaps due to past occupants or poor ventilation. |

The staffs were polite and helpfull.The rooms were clean and well furnished.The breakfast was good.The rooms had everything that was required and in working condition.The price was resonable.The location was convenient to go around the town. Should have more signboards leading to the hotel as it is a bit difficult for people from outstation to locate the place. |

The personnel was very kind in helping us to solve our problem with the room(it seemed to be a not a non smoking room.) We intended to stay three nights but stayed only one heavy( because of our asthma) night and got a refund for the other two nights. There seemed to be no non smoking room. We asked for that on the Booking.com site, but this site is not very clear on this matter. They don't guarentee for a non smoking room and if there is no non smoking room at all they don't mention it. |

Room was comfortable and hotel staff brought us around to look at the two different types of rooms available for the same rate and gave us to choose which one we wanted. However, it could be that its a Sunday that they are not overwhem with customers. Car park space is limited. If you are plannig to come back late, be prepared to park outside the hotel along the streets. |
