My daughter and I stayed at the Club level, including access to the club lounge which is really nice, including breakfast,soft drinks during the day and happy hour with free drinks every evening and free laundry and wifi.We also appreciated the seperate check in and out possibilities in the lounge.Have stayed here several times during business trips and intend to continue to do this. |

Breakfast buffet The room was not really clean. Internet not for free. The rooms to the "Jalan Bukit Bintang" was very noisy, we had to use earplugs. Book rooms to the back. It was'nt possible to go with the elevator to other floors, there was no way to go to our kids. Mildew infested bathrooms. |

An impressive Hotel the moment you walk through the door. Very attentive and polite staff. Excellent speedy check in. One of the most impressive breakfast spreads I have ever seen in SE Asia. Excellent location for shopping and sight seeing around KL. Would not hesitate to book again. Only thing was I feel they run their air con a little too low, I sat for a time in the lobby and it became quite cool when not moving around. |

This hotel's location is ideal for city shopping. The lobby is tasteful and the Reception staff and Doorman are very helpful and polite. I stayed in Room 1309. Unfortunately, the air-con temperature control was faulty...room temperature was 'stuck' at 19 C and I had to call Housekeeping in at around 3am to fix the problem...Water tap in sink drips ever so slowly. |

Does delux double mean 2 beds ? I was given a one bed room which is not what I wanted. This room is not as luxury as the lower floor . |

Very convenience location for shopping. Toilet did not work when check in to the executive club room. the staff took a long time to respond and finally we change the room and no one help us with luggage. The refrigerator for mini bar is not clean. No in room WiFi, Floor 18 is the best. This hotel feel like I am in the middle east nevertheless it is in a great location for shopper |

The location was excellent with major shopping centres within 100 metres. The staff were friendly, helpful and pleasant at all times. The buffet breakfast was outstanding value and quality. All in all a wonderful hotel for a stay in Kuala Lumpur. |

Location of the hotel The hotel is pricey. All electric sockets were at bad state. When I tried to plug out, the socket came in my hand. Breakfast is expensive which is ordinary. At outside the hotel looks impressive. But the rooms are not so impressive. |

The Grand Millennium is in a fantastic location for shoppers. Unfortunately when we stayed there the air-cond was not working and it was very uncomfortable but the hotel did extend us a couple of complimentary meals. |
