Lovely comfortable room. Beautiful foyer and reception area. Staff very helpful and attentive. Service is pretty good and breakfast too. Checking in process not very efficient. Guests waiting in line asked to take a seat but there is no proper queuing system. Can't tell who is next in line. |

I love all the facilities, the location of the hotel.. itz at the heart of the KL. Me & fiancee feels its convenient to go anywhere. We can simply just walk to any shopping centre that nearer to Grand Millenium Hotel. the staff were friendly & polite & they always smile. the breakfast is good & nice even thou there is a long queue but its take a while only. *Only when the time to check in, takes ard 10mins for my turn to check in (need to understand also, there is a lot of the customer check in) *call in the operator for extend of my check out time (becos its my complimentary,its stataed inside at my confirmantion slip), takes me to call them 4-5 times & they say they will get back to me but none. there is no piping for us to wash hygiene purpose |

Very good experience during our stay. The hotel staff at the Reception named Rick was very helpful in arranging connecting rooms for our family so that we can take care of the elders and young ones easily. We will definitely come back to this hotel again if we go KL. SPA facility is very bad... No proper room for SPA.. Hope they can updrade the SPA facility |

the location was quite central and close to mono rail station The check in/out procedures were terribly slow, although there were enough staff but they were not trained to be multi-tasking, this was annoying. Also, there was a very limited choice for complete vegetarian food, particularly in the breakfast where even all bread contained eggs and staff were not willing to prepare anything free of meat, fish and eggs. |

The prompt service they rendered to our needs was great..(99%of the staff always has a smiling face that make me felt welcome and comfortable during my stay in the hotel.Overall a nice hotel for relaxation. I must say its the front desk operation system that upset me a little.the reception officer who serve me didnt have the full detail of my booking detail.I must show her my On Line Booking document & explain to her what my hotel package covered during my stay. |

Close to shopping centres and public transport. Hotel reception is very poor and cold esp the man who took our reservation after waiting for a long time, without a greeting, without a smile. I have to greet him politely and courtesouly to get his attention. He never once answered any of the questions put to him. Why is he still there? Also after checking out, again very slow and long wait, the taxi was waiting for some time before I could even get anyone to open the store room to collect our own languages. My son and I have to go in the storeroom to collect and move our own languages out. Despite reminding the reception staff on 4 occasions the taxi is blocking the hotel entrance waiting for the languages, she then directed us to the storeroom, there was not one conceige boy in sight. |

Everything in this hotel is excellent I like it so much and I'm willing to stay in it again in my next visit to Malaysia for sure especially it's great location next to The Pavilion Mall. There's nothing I didn't like in this hotel so far. |

Location was great and room was very nice Reception-very slow check in and had to wait a very long time, even though there was not many people waiting. There was not enough staff at check in desks and took too long. |

Quick Check in, Breakfast suited to royalty! efficient left luggage service. Excellent Location with very spacious rooms though bit dated! A lot of street noise coming even on the 9th Floor! Toilet fixtures are quite old fashioned. |

Very nice breakfast, service, facilities. Nice rooms, not very special. The best is the location! At the Bukit Bintang shopping area with the best shops of Malaysia. Also very much places for a nice dinner at that area. You can reach the Petronas towers by taxi for less than 2 euro's. |
