The location was excellent with major shopping centres within 100 metres. The staff were friendly, helpful and pleasant at all times. The buffet breakfast was outstanding value and quality. All in all a wonderful hotel for a stay in Kuala Lumpur. |

Location of the hotel The hotel is pricey. All electric sockets were at bad state. When I tried to plug out, the socket came in my hand. Breakfast is expensive which is ordinary. At outside the hotel looks impressive. But the rooms are not so impressive. |

The Grand Millennium is in a fantastic location for shoppers. Unfortunately when we stayed there the air-cond was not working and it was very uncomfortable but the hotel did extend us a couple of complimentary meals. |

I liked the location,the cleaness. the staff,evrything value of money if booking is done online ,fast check in and out Need to have a a free bus shuttle to airport,touristic information like map and attraction in kualalampur,in the booking I was given free neck spa but I was not informed about and I misses , bathroom need curtain to prevent water spillage |

Nice and professional arrival arrangement, clean room, polite and professional personal When we arrived our rooms were not ready, so we had to come back 1 hour later, but the room was still not ready and we had to wait another hour and a half for the rooms. For a 5 star hotel, this is not good enough - when they say the room will be ready in 1 hour you expect it ready in 1 hour, not 2½ hour |

he staff were very helpfl and pleasant.eventhough certain things are beyond their control. Not managed very well eg. waited in a queue for breakfast for half an hour twice dring our 5 day stay there - this is totally unacceptable for the Western market. The breakfast catered more for the Asian clients. See above. Paying guests should not be side-lined when dignatorties are staying at the hotel. |

The best hotel we stayed at all trip. We got upgraded to an executive room which was huge and very luxurious. It is also very close to major shopping centres. The staff were most helpful and spoke very good english. A very pleasant experience |

the hotel is locacated in the center of all direction for shoping and the monrail station is very closed its very convinion to travel to any direction i noticed same cocroches in my room this is to be takencare but other wise its perfect |

Good reception and hospitality Near the hotel from the Arab Street Cleaner bathrooms Of negatives that I had during my stay in the hotel: Stand in a row to end the process of check in and get on the table for breakfast So we advise anyone who wants to live in the hotel wake up early to get a table for breakfast |
