The location was very central, staff were very friendly, food was excellent, nice size pool to relax, The room decor could have done with being a little more extravigant, as the lobby was very impressive. |

comfort of tghe bedroom quality and choice of the breakfast. very nice but the reception on arrival very poor and needs rethinking when asked about catering facilities for dinner allthe receptionist could do was point with his thumb.surely he could have explained what the choices were. |

Location of the hotel next to pavallion shopping mall. Room was very clean, spacious, and bed was very comfortable.Service at breakfast was very good and all the waiters were very helpful.Late check out helped us due to our late flight home. |

I think the best thing about the hotel is the location, right next door to the shopping centres. The rooms, especially, the bathroom is looking tired. Looks like they ignored it when revamping the hotel to save money. As a former Malaysian national I can say that the Malaysian items served for breakfast is about the worst I have come across. |

The location is great. Upon arrival first words in the check in counter were "can I have your passport?". For a 5 star hotel, dissapointing. Room was not one of the renovated ones so it looked very old. Once I complained the supervisor took me to another room. This second one had a dirty footprint by the bathroom and a hole in the sheet. Back to the reception. Then the sup. got me an upgrade to a better room where I ended up staying in. This whole process took over 1h. I overall expected more. |

Great location to shopping area. Poor and slow check-in services at reception. I have to wait for 45 mins. to check in. Too long waiting time....The bar at lobby should close down. I ordered coffee for my guest and I have to remind them 2 times after waiting for 20 mins. It seemed, they forgot about my order. also, there was not enough staff at the bar. The counter girl is always not there. Very Poor service for a 5star hotel. |
