If you r nice enuf and u give some tips from time to another u will get the best treatment for example I got sick while styin at gm when I went to the clinc they sent a body guard with me I thought that was a good touch will compare to other gm hotels over the world this one is ok but not bad at all Well few things I didn't like first the finshing of the rooms dosent give u that 5star feeling it's a bit just a bit old other than that compearing gm with other hotels I styed in while in Malaysia it's good better than many other |

The location is very good, there is decent value for money, and the rooms and bathrooms are of a decent standard but slightly aged. The staff at the reception and departures counters were not particularly pleasant and welcoming, and I was pointedly ignored by the lobby bar staff who made a point of serving customers who arrived after I did before me. |

Very friendly and helpful stuff. You can pretty much get anything in this hotel. It´s especially nice to go to the swimming pool or the spa after a busy day in the city. |

The location of the hotel was excellent for shopping centres. The swimming pool area was excellent. Reception staff were very good. Breakfast was great something for everyone. What ever our needs were staff were very helpful. |

Food was great. Location of the hotel was excellent - next to the Pavillion, 5 min drive to KLCC, 5 min walk to Time Square ect. Friendly and helpful staff. The taps in the bathroom was dripping. House Keeping did not replinish the bath items on a daily basis. |

Not much. This may have 5 star facilities and surroundings but the hotel was run more like fawlty towers. Not a good experience. I booked executive club lounge rooms but this was a big mistake. The hotel could not cope with the number of guests and therefore we did not get the attention and service you would reasonably expect this this level. I was quoted the daily rate I would be expected to pay even though I had paid in advance. No newspapers were provided even though the booking confirmed that they would be. The complimentary items in the room were not properly checked. The box for the shower cap was empty. All these points may appear insignificant, I think they are but this was just indicative of the whole experience. The service at breakfast really annoyed me & not being able to get a drink at the bar during New Years eve because I didn't have a table to sit at |
