Quick Check in, Breakfast suited to royalty! efficient left luggage service. Excellent Location with very spacious rooms though bit dated! A lot of street noise coming even on the 9th Floor! Toilet fixtures are quite old fashioned. |

Very nice breakfast, service, facilities. Nice rooms, not very special. The best is the location! At the Bukit Bintang shopping area with the best shops of Malaysia. Also very much places for a nice dinner at that area. You can reach the Petronas towers by taxi for less than 2 euro's. |

hotel location i had a problem,we had two rooms,one group of us planned to leave the hotel,so we chekd out one room,in the midnight we change our mind.but the problem was ,we could not be able to book a room for that night coz the time was passed 12pm.when we want to that via reception ,the prices they offer was so much higher! i recommend you let your costumers can book from your site even if the timed pass ,coz they r ready to pay full even from 12 midnight till 12 noon.why not! |

The breakfast food galore was nice. Variety of food served. The individual check in counters was a good personalised experience. My main reason when it comes to choosing hotels for holidays is the spa facilities. However my spa visit was not as great as how i expected it to be. The ambient was not to my liking and the whole visit was not a personalised one. It felt like similar to the ones I visited at a normal massage parlour shops by the roadside just that the price is difference. With the price i have paid, I expected a more personalised and experienced masseuse with much cozy ambience. Compared to all the spas that I have went to all over asia, this was not one of the best spa I have received. |

the lobby design was great 1- the check-in time took about 35 min. 2- I arrived at the hotel at 2 PM and waited for 35 min to check-in and after that I was givin the room at 5 PM !! because no room was avialable. 3- The room interior/bath room is old 4- The buffet is average. 5- Room key every 2 days you have to validate it. |

Friendly and efficient staff especially Fidal at breakfast. Good size swimming pool is a plus for me. The telephone system in house did not seem very effective and the guest information book in the room could use some additional easily read contact details. |
