The Reagent Hotelからこのホテルに変わって引き続き利用していますが、ショッピングでの利用には最適です。

レイトチェックアウトのサービスは全て有料になり、チェックアウト後のヘルスクラブの利用も出来なくなりま- した。朝食のメニューもアラブ系のメニューが増え一方で日本食のメニューが少なくかつ味も落ちてきているの- で、あまり魅力を感じることができません。１０年以上利用しましたが見切りの時ではないかと感じています。-

立地がすごく良く、設備も施設も良いです。朝食も美味しいですよ

朝食が豪華で美味しかった。　お買い物にすごく便利です。

ベルボーイが部屋まで荷物を持ってくるのに、すごく時間がかかった。

朝食（ブッフェ）の種類が多く、美味しかった。

静かな部屋をリクエストしたにも関わらず、繁華街の騒音が部屋まで届き、なかなか寝付けませんでした。深夜- まで鳴り響く音楽、人々の歓声、車のクラクション...。ひどかったです。騒音さえなければとても良いホテルなのですが。もう泊まりたくありません。

The location was perfect for shopping next door to the Pavillion mall and a short walking distance to Lot 10 and Sungei Wang. The breakfast was also up to expectation due to the wide variety available. The maintenance staff and bellboys are very helpful.

The rooms on the 8th floor are old and dusty (beware for those suffering from allergies) and badly in need for upgrading. The bathroom smells and have moulds in every corners. The beds are not fixed on the floor and stands on unlocked wheels and moves when you try to sit on them. The front desk staffs are not helpful at all and urgently require customer service training. There are too many bell boys standing in the lobby and staring at your shopping bags and not proposing a helping hand.

Close proximity to the huge shopping mall, Pavillion and other malls at Bukit Bintang.

Bathroom and tea amenities was not replenished daily. We are not sure if the bedsheets were even changed because we noticed the same dirty spot on the duvet for a couple of days. No morning newspapers given throught out our 6nights stay.

The location is perfect near shopping malls,wide varity or restaurants and leisure . The breakfast is very good

Very central and excellent location for shops, food and sites and in all respects an interesting, pleasant and comfortable place to stay. Rooms are up to date, spacious and well serviced. Breakfast is outstanding and a good start to the day. Wonderful staff, great value and highly recommended.

The Club Lounge is fun.

The Spa and Sauna/Steambath area filthy and disgusting. Badly need a renovation. Even though we booked the Executive Club Lounge we didn't get check in at the Club Lounge. We had to wait 1 h for our luggage to be delivered to the room. We were not escorted to our room. They are to popular, the staff can not keep up with the demand which is a shame. We couldn't book late check out as well: 'Sorry Sir, we are soooo busy' - Great for the hotel but a bad argument for the guest. Location is great but service not so great - rooms are ok, nothing special. For the price we paied its sort of expensive - doesn't blew our mind.

when we arrived to hotel one of their staff his name is roshdi told us that our reservation on booking,com is not found in hotel data base and he ask us for a new reservation at the hotel and after we get angry from this he told us that he found our reservation breakfast , free internet is not available and it is cost alot which make us go to (star box coffe, basken robanze ) (the water spray next to toalit chair is not available )
