"случайно" два раза сняли залог по 700 рингиттов (около 14 000) рублей. при выезде записали (конечно случайно) 4 лишних дня интернета по 550 рингиттов (немногим более 2000 рублей). при выезде оставил багаж в номере, чтобы его доставили до такси - ждал всего минут 30. напоминает "турецкую" 5**. почему то нет ви фи в номерах, хотя интернет недешев. после обеда работал в номере на компьютере - так горничная настойчиво ломилась предлогая убрать в номере. в общем непонравилось.

Отличный отель. В самом центре.

The staff, the staff, the staff.The service is impeccable. You only think you need something and someone (previously invisible) is right by you. The pool is great.

The rooms are getting a little tired, but the beds are still the best we have had anywhere on the globe. Also scrupulously clean. Would not hesitate to stay again (and we will).

Location is good. Very comfortable to reach klcc. But area is expensive. No wifi.

Old bathroom equipment. Sometimes it was difficult to adjust temperature of water. They took money from my card at the moment of booking!!! I planned to pay cash but when I came I was told that they took money for all my stay! Though it is said at booking.com that they may charge only one night cost in case I not arrived. But they took money for all my stay. Later I prolonged my stay via booking.com and they did it again. So, it was not an accident it is a rule. It is really bad. But they returned this money to me after a small scandal, so for second stay I paid cash.

Just the fact that it was within walking distance to many shopping areas.

1) The hotel does not seem to be very 'in sync' with booking.com. When we checked in, they had our reservations, but did not have any records that we had paid for our rooms months earlier. Because of this, it took almost an hour for us to get our rooms and even then only one was ready (we booked for two deluxe double rooms). This was at 8pm (and check-in is supposed to be at 2pm!). Staff at check-in was very condescending and kept insisting that we had made a mistake with our booking. 2) Our rooms were inclusive of breakfast buffet - the hotel had no record of this either and wanted to charge us yet again. 3)Guests are allowed to smoke near the dining area where you have breakfast buffet and this is unpleasant/problematic for guests with children and guests who are asthmatic such as myself. 4)Rooms are never vacuumed when asked to be made-up (baby powder residue left on carpet and bathroom floor) so be prepared for a dusty hotel room! Looks tidy and neat but NOT dust-free! 5)Hotel staff may ring you up asking about your stay. We had complaints but she was not very good at handling the situation - kept rudely interrupting and not allowing my husband to speak when all she had to do was listen. 6) The hotel has some decent staff members but for the most part, not a very good hotel and this will be our first and last stay at Grand Millennium, KL.

Absolutely hassle free check-in. Executive Club staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful. All members of staff were actually very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Stable internet connection. The 'Indian Cuisine' chef in the buffet restaurant took time out show us round the restaurant explaining all of the dishes on offer, superb service.

At the opening time of the buffet reastaurant some of the 'hot' food was not as hot as it could have been but it still tasted good.

Great location... Practically on the doorstep of Pavilion and some of the more colorful Malls. We stayed on the Club floor and this was the last of the 5 star hotels in kl we had on our list to strike off. Great size room and comfortable bed but fell far short of the other 5 stars in the city with regards to club offerings as well as quality of produce. Staff in the main lobby were indifferent but the club staff were good. One thing about the club lounge...you come out smelling of fried food as the satellite kitchen is close by. Room cleanliness was a problem - obviously not vacuumed after each room vacate and we had to call down several times for forgotten towel replacements and or amenities. Location was perfect for us this time as we had business close by - but not sure we would stay here again if we were going to spend the break relaxing around the hotel.

The location and the attention of the staff.

Great location near Pavillion, Farenheit, times squre etc. so if on a shopping trip location can't be beaten. Also has very nice pool area where you can chill after big day shopping. The rooms are comfortable and have flatscreen T.V etc. Beds are ultra comfy and the pillows simply the best( if you love enormous soft ones). The shower is another bonus- great pressure and separate cubicle. sick of ones over the bath. Going to slip one day!!! lobby area is another highpoint- beautiful chandeliar and decor. makes you feel very special staying here.

Getting a bit dated now. It was great for the price we paid. (Good deal on booking.com ), but if paying more than $140 per night I think people will expect a bit more in terms of decor and modernisation. Also, no free wi-fi. makes you wonder why in a 5 star hotel. Charging absolutely exorbitant rates for this. Checkn is also incredibly slow. Took nearly an hour. We only stayed 1 night and I wanted to hit the shops, so was pretty annoyed. No apology really for this.

We stayed in this hotel several times before and never been disappointed. But after reading the mixed reviews I was a bit unsure what to expect. But we really did enjoy our stay. The check in was quick and smooth, room was nice and clean. Staff was very attentive even during busy weekend breakfast time. And of course the combination of location and price makes it the best deal amoung the other hotels in the area. Would I stay there again? Yes!

The only disappontment about the hotel was absence on free wifi internet in the rooms. I think in the mordern environment the demand for this will be higher. Hope they will reconsider the approach soon.
