Nice pool. Our room had gr8 view to the petronas towers. Staff not very helpful. For a 5 stars hotel it should be more clean.

We got upgrade to the new life style floor which is totally awesome!The view is amazing from our window. In the evening, you can chili out in the lounge to enjoy the snack & cocktails. Hotel pool is excellent!! Staff are friendly. Overall, it was a good experience to stay N/A

Hello Very long and clean pool. I like breakfast and chocolate fountain. Room was nice but some furniture must be renovate. Excellent view from room to Petronas twins. Room must clean every day, first day nobody clean ou room. Also impossible to get fresh air. All windows closed forever.

Staff were very friendly, we got upgraded to the lifestyle lounge for free Clean Staff were responsive and polite. Room view was amazing. Location is not as central as I had hoped but it was still close to KLCC and there is a nearby monorail station that you can use to get around the city.

Breakfast was superb! Pool and the poolbar nice. Personal spoke good english and were very helpful. View from the higher floor rooms was excellent. It's a nice and basically clean hotel, but some ageing could be seen on the construktions and facilities. But anyhow worth of the money.
