good location near KLCC and monorail, staff very helpful, enormous selection for breakfast buffet (not forgetting nasi lemak) and I ended up with a great view from my room |

every thing was fine & the location was close to every thing in the city center & the Golden Tringle.. the room & the bathroom dont seem like five star hotel. Bathroom towels werent bleached well. |

I was able to check in at 9am in the morning which after a long flight was a relief. Staff were so helpful especially conceirge being more than helpful in booking day trip to see Elephants, organising taxis. Room service was promt when I required help with power points etc. Other staff friendly always offering a smile or even a chat if time permitted. I have already recommended this hotel to friends. I did not like when first arriving being asked many times to upgrade to a better room, upgrade to internet and breakfast, upgrade to promotion special. I felt bad in saying no. My room was fantastic and I did not have the budget to upgrade. |

Real Value for money, Gettig a 5* Luxury at 3* price.The east wing is lil old, but still worth every penny of it.Must stay there if u are planning to stay near Golden triangle area. |

It was the facilities at the hotel that attracts me because we had a bad experience with our room whereby the air-con was not functioning properly and despite asking for another change of room, it doesn't seems much better. |

The view (if you are lucky to be on a high floor), breakfast, cleaning, location is close to the Petronas towers and the public transport Suite was smaller and less modern than expected. |

the splendid view of the twin towers looking outside the window of our room.... the TV in the room doesnt fit.....i have stayed in hotels around world which is far worse than yours but they all got a big LCD TV on the wall.... |
