It was in a very good location and the breakfast was very extensive. The Reception staff were a bit rude. When we told them one of the keycards didn't work, they didn't say a word to me..they just fixed it and handed it back. When we told them the shaver socket in the room was broken, they just handed me an adaptor and again didn't speak to me. They did understand me as they can speak English and were able to sort the problems but it was rude not to even say anything or smile! |

The river view at night is very beautiful.The room is spacious and the bed is heaven.My 4 year old son can fit into the sofa in the room and he sleep through out the night without falling off !! We have a toilet door that is not working well and my helper got trap inside for a while.They should check all the rooms facilities.It also took awhile for the maintence guy to come up and fix our problem |

Comfortable and clean bed Staff was unprofessional. Staff told me that they had ran out of rooms althought i had already booked them. I was made to wait more than an hour. I had to ask to speak tothe manager before my room was finally allocated. |

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious. The check-in process is very slow and needs improvement. It took about 15 minutes to get my booking sorted and on top of it the rooms were not ready even though it was already 3 pm when we checked in. It only took 5 mins to check-in when we stayed in PJ Hilton the following day. Other than this, I will still continue to stay in Renaissance in my next trip. |

Clean bed linens are a plus. Ample pillows do give us a good night's rest. Room carpet was old and does not look clean. It was damp when we checked in. Breakfast buffet that came with the booking did not live up to expectations. Very often there were insufficient plates, bowls and juice glasses for all guests. |

Friendly staff, who allowed us to check in early without any surcharges. In addition, they provided free shuttle to Jonker Street. The bed was very comfortable. Hotel Location is far from tourist spot such as Jonker Street and Palawan shopping centre. Thus, this limited the night activities we can engage in. |

The good mix of new and old buildings surrounding the hotel. The warm and friendliness displayed by the hotel staffs especially at the reception counter. The direction and display sign leading to the hotel. We drove past the hotel twice due to the one-way street as it was hidden by the Putra Hospital. |

el hotel no se adecua con su categoria. las instalaciones son antiguas. No recomiendo tampoco la visita a esta ciudad, no le encontrado el encanto que tanto dicen que tiene. A las nueve de la noche todo esta cerrado. |

Chambre trés correcte, belle vue sur Melaka et sur le detroit, bon équipement, mais où est passé le séchoir à cheveux (chemise trempée à sécher) ? Les petites jeunes filles qui sont à la reception sont trés agréable, sauf qu'elles passent beaucoup trop de temps à téléphoner à leurs copines, pendant que le client attends ! |
