Room is big & spacious especially their washroom. For first time visit, it's all right but not the second attempt as there is really nothing much. Because of the location, you can only have your meal inside the resort and it's not just costly but not filling for their BBQ dinner. We dont have other option and there is only some plain rice, little of vegie, BBQ lamb & chicken, orange juice and half bowl of soup, this will cost you RM40.

Totally worth for the money. The environment was perfect for couples and even family. I feel the Bali experience and the staff was really friendly. Definitely will come here again... The security was tight, but kind of too much when you want to go outside from the resort where you need to call the 'in charge' to open the gate. But I guess... that;s to make sure the resort is safe from intruders

I honestly would not recommend this “Resort” as it is definitely not as expected. Should stay elsewhere with same cost. This resort worth at least 2 stars and not 4 stars. Please don't go on the photographs shown on the website, it’s looks good in pictures, but different in real life. When we first arrived outside the main gate, we were need to call the resort ask them to open their main gate which was close almost everytime. Unfortunately the number written at the gate was wrong and we need to call the number base on the number given in the Agoda Voucher. Yet, still unable to get the In-charge person as we were refer to another number. Such a waste time and money just to call them. Luckily we were welcome by friendly staff and he great us with welcome drinks. The room was OK looking but several of the lamps did not work at all. Not sure if it was simply the bulb, or an electrical problem. The room was however large, with plenty of space inside it. There was also hidden fees. For example, if you’re taking package Herbal Steam Bath, you need to rent the costume which I assumed that came with the package that was RM48.00 Your dinner just so-so not much food to eat at it’s cost RM30 per adult and RM15 for children even your children had no appetite to eat the food. Limited time of Breakfast from 9am to 10am was below average whereby you only will get noodles and toast. It was a horrible experience when the water suddenly stop while I’m in shower. Call the management and they said their pump not working properly and It’s always happen. So… they should do something when their pump got problem and not make their guest unhappy. Another terrible experience happened when suddenly no electricity (black-out) for more than hours and its really disappointed me. It is very peaceful place for those looking kampong / mini Bali style in mini jungle. Also most of their limited / understaff were very friendly and helpful.

If you likes nature and living in the country side then you are coming to right place. Do not be too picky as you should not rate with compare to any star rated hotel.. Wake up early morning, have a deep breath outside the cottage caused the morning air was so fresh caused its surround by oil palm trees. Do spend time to observe and identify the plants and flowers within every corner of the resort though the land might not be big but every inch of the was well being utilized. Coming to the food, it was nice though the portion might not be big but one thing bad to mention that one old man guess its the owner was a bit hard to communicate, we would like to order our dinner but he doesn't gave us option but replied his stock maybe limited therefore he gave us restriction....anyway I believed those people whom could living alone at countryside maybe weird in attitude haha. Its ok I still likes the resort and will consider to bring my friends here for activities as this place is not far from Singapore.

I enjoyed my stay though it was just short getaway. Staff very helpful and friendly. Surrounding is well kept. The Chef was on leave during our stay, so we did not get chance to try out the house specialty soup and dinner. We had to drive out for dinner and lamp post did not function. The nite drive to the resort little unsafe if driving alone. To maintain the gym equipment and pool table. The rest is just nice! Price wise, a bit pricey, equals to hotel by the sea's rates.
