The room was spacious, well equipped, and generally clean, with ample supplies of towels, pillows, and beverages. The daily cleaning of the room was spotty - in fact the rooms manager did not even know that my room was not cleaned at all the whole day I was not there, although their records indicated that it was! The butler was not helpful at all in this regard, because he should have checked and should have known the problem. |

A very dated hotel, with old style furnishing. Needs a good renovation. Too expensive for the quality of it's furnishing. A so so hotel, probably in the 3 star range. |

they have the best staff, i have never been this satisfied about staff in my life as i was in The Ritz-Carlton, Kuala Lumpur. they are well trained and the hospitality is above and beyond amazing the food menu it lacks normal food , such as pizza's , french fries. normal size burgers, hot dogs and some appetizers. |

I like the location the securety, privecy, room design, and the beds are very comfortable. Eventhough the hotel is 5 star , some times the houskeeping after cleaning the rooms the miss to replace the cleaning materials such as shampos, shower gels and so on. |

The Location is excellent and the direct connection to the shopping mall is great. The bed was for my taste too Hard. |

it is linked with the shopping mall, and on the basement floor of that mall, there are several very excellent (probably best) restaurants in Kua Lumpur. "Fisher Man's Cover" for example provides impressive seafood! breakfast is too formal - not suitable for tourists but rather good for chatting businessmen who want to talk about business through breakfast |

I liked the link to JW Marriot and the location which is near the Pavilion shopping complex. I did not like the unavailability of water in the toilet ... it was available for shower only |

From the time we checked into the hotel, the reception given by all members of the staff were excellent. Breakfast served at the Ceasars restaurant is a wonderful start for the day. Quality of food and service given were impecable. Will definitely stay again at the hotel when I next visit the city with other family members. |

A true Ritz-Carlton 5 star experience at a great 3 star price - we were thrilled with our 3 bedroom suite - it was fantastic and at a great price. With so much to do in Kuala Lampur the suite was great to come home to. It was an added benefit that the suite was in the residence towers with a club lounge (free drinks/snacks and internet all day). Towards the end of the trip the staff was becoming strict about only serving 2 people at a time at the lounge when we were in a 3 bedroom 6 person suite - felt a little discriminated against b/c were a bunch of young americans coming in on a great deal on a suite. |

super clean very beautifull hotel hellpfull staff yes i went there with my wife to spend the honey moon but we could not use the spa like steam room and sauna together it was separat we were really disapointed therefore i will not recomend any couple to go there for spa break |

The location is excellent, within walking distance to shopping areas, eating houses. Just an excellent spot to overcome the heavy traffic in KL. The breakfast buffet spread is rather limited with hot stuff, something which would be nice for early morning. |
