the hotel is in the heart of the chopping center of the city all shops around you easy to get around plus the service is plus plus its not a family with young children there is no tv chanles for them the pool is small plus there loby is small with only 2 chairs to sit and no trach can in the loby at all you have to go out of the hotel to throw it |

The spacious luxurious executive apartment, welcoming staff and responsive service, the food outlet at the ground and first floor containing 18 different restaurants. The cleanliness of the room and the bathroom was not done properly, we could still find some stuff pertaining to the outgoing occupants of the executive apartment, although I reported as such to the reception staff (Amrish), still no corrective action was taken. |

The suite wings are with luxurious rooms , plenty of open spaces in each apartment , it really worths the money. its a perfect place for families who are with about 5 members and more. |

This weekend was a birthday suprise for my fiance. She had a fantastic time and did not want to leave. We will be back again. Staff were superb. mini bar was horrendously over-priced , even for a luxury hotel |

The room we had was amazing and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. The service was not good. The one time we lost our luggage in 2 weeks was on our last night at this Hotel. It took them 3 hours before we got our luggage and we missed an event that we were planning on attending. We called 4 times and each time they said our luggage would be up in 5 minutes. The view from the room also wasn't the best. Based on tohe service I would not stay here again. |

the hotel has provided very good service, private and yet attentive towards customers. that is what a boutique hotel different from the rest of bigger hotels. may be the location is not idea, is behind the mainly street. location. |

Very good size room and good facilities. Luxury and stylish hotel, beautiful breakfast, very good service. Staff are nice however the housekeeping is not up to 5-star standard but maybe it is because we forgot to leave tips in room. Location is good but not perfect, it is close to the twin tower but no way to see them through the window. |

My stay at the Ritz Carlton was unforgetable. I have booked a Deluxe Room and as I was coming for my honeymoon they have upgraded the room to an Executive Deluxe Room and offered us the breakfeast. The service and the room were excellent. The Spa was really amazing. I really recommend this hotel and I will certainly come back there. The hotel is really well located near the Pavillon and lecha lecha. (We will certainly not forget our first night of honeymoon. Thanks again to the management of The Ritz) |

The Service was unbelievable. The facilities like the personal 24 hours butler and the ipod speaker were good to have at our disposal. Spa Village. I did not like the fact that the hotel takes the whole stay amount and extra credit at the time of check in. The hotel is a little old. |

The room size is ideal and the decor is relaxing and cozy. But sound insulation is poor as you could hear the staff on the corridor. Disappointed with breakfast being served in the ballroom. Service standard from F&B staff was poor. |

The service was impeccable, all staff always had a smile on their face and willing to help with any request. The room was very big and the bed was fantastic. There is also a free Bultler Service and free juices and hot drinks delivered to your room! The bar man Shafiq also made amazing cocktails, would go back just for that! All in all an Amazing experience. |
