I stayed for 4 nights and they gave me an upgraded my room as compliment. The room was spacious and comfort. I surely will stay at Ritz-Carlton for my next visit to Kuala Lumpur

1. Good English tea ceremony 2. Nice room, nice couches 1. Service was very poor, multiple things broken in the bathroom 2. Very slow service, took several phone calls for room service

Only location I requested a non-smoking room. However, my room was full of smokes, even the toilet. I asked the front desk at the hotel, they have changed my room to another one on the second day. But I faced the same problem. Finally I checked out as unsatisfied customer after only one night

The Chinese restaurant on the second floor was very good. This hotel is a shame for Ritz Carlton name and is a serious risk to rc image in the region. Furniture was not in top condition, bottled water was not in the room, shower knob was broken. Hotel personnel is seriously under-trained. For rc to ask a client to pay extra for the English Breakfast Tea is beyond my comprehension as it doesn't add to creation of a pleasant moment for a client. Staff in the restaurant is not able to fulfill simple request like poring more water to make the tea in the pot less strong.

The location was excellent and the room was very comfortable. Do not ask for boiled eggs. They simply do not get it. Eggs had to be sent back 3 times before finally the restaurant manager took responsibility. Breakfast was charged at the full price afterwards and no apologies. Also the Ritz only has one restaurant, which only serves Chinese food. For a 5 star hotel in this day and age that simply is not enough.

The hotel has a level of service that is above average and is true to its heritage as a world class 5 star hotel. It should have airport transfers included for a nominal amount.

1- Location 2- Room Size 3- Price I chose the Ritz-Carlton, according to its global brand name and I expect services and high hygiene, but what sparked intrigued me is the opposite was during my stay in a hotel the Ritz Carlton I found a woman shoes has which caused me a lot of embarrassments as I am a married man and I have social relationships and when my friends saw those shoes in my room they send me a lot of criticisms and blames. I had complain to the Director on duty that night and she came and took the the shoes, and promised to take the necessary actions to see how those shoes came to my room, but I did not receive any rehabilitation or compensation, what cause a check-out early on Wed 21 Dec 2011

The location of the hotel is good where I can find the shopping mall and taxi ect.. Alos they have upgrad my room to suit with bigger and luxury. I alos like the food and the staff are good This scond time I stayed in Ritz carlton, and I found the water from the toilet tap was not clean it has bad smell and tested not good, but you have to drain it until the smell dispersed

Very tedy hotel the location is excellent connected to j w mariot as well the Starhillmall very closed to pAVILON mall and arab streat The internet not up to my expectation due wifi not available so I couldnt use my I phone as well I Pad LAN cabil is available but it not too fast

Pleasant staff and very comfortable bed. There was a funny smell in the room. Had to buy an air freshener for the room. There are other hotels that are closer to Bukit Bintang. Will try J.W.Marriot next time.

The Location of the Hotel is perfect,....and staff of the hotel is very welcoming and friendly. The Rooms are slightly under lit.

Friendly & helpful staff Breakfast was partially served as buffie and partially from an ordering menu. Breakfast was served half cooked (mild) without asking you your preference!!

Good atmosphere, Nice breakfast area although staff could be more trained alike the manager that corrected errors quickly. Room, executive, very spacious and complete. Lobby for check in is rather small for such à hotel. Some staff could be trained better for meet standerds of à 5 star chain hotel.
