Friendly staff. Comfortable room with excellent bed and good bathroom facilities

Found the breakfast buffet limited. Found the internet service in room old-fashioned (no WIFI) Would have liked the room serviced in the morning

Great Hotel

There is no lobby

The staff couldn't have been more friendly and curteous which was highlighted by the turn-down service we receievd on the night with a lovely welcome note from our presnonal butler, the facilities were absolutely excellent from the room to the spa...tremendous!

While this hotel has the potential to be truly excellent, organisation was the one element which let them down badly. Payment was expected up-front at check-in which was awkward as they struggled with UK bank cards, a deposit was also expected which the booking did not stipulate. As this was an anniversary stay for my partner and I, I arranged for champagne to be delivered to the room on our arrival (did not happen) so rearranged for later in the day (did not happen) then had to have them bring it to the room...suprise ruined. Check-out was also very awkward due to the issue with UK bank cards, was kept in the hotel for 4 hours due to still owing a nominal amount which couldn't be paid until bank resolved issue.

The location was excellent and the room was very comfortable.

Do not ask for boiled eggs. They simply do not get it. Eggs had to be sent back 3 times before finally the restaurant manager took responsibility. Breakfast was charged at the full price afterwards and no apologies. Also the Ritz only has one restaurant, which only serves Chinese food. For a 5 star hotel in this day and age that simply is not enough.

I chose the Ritz-Carlton, according to its global brand name and I expect services and high hygiene, but what sparked intrigued me is the opposite was during my stay in a hotel the Ritz Carlton I found a woman shoes has which caused me a lot of embarrassments as I am a married man and I have social relationships and when my friends saw those shoes in my room they send me a lot of criticisms and blames. I had complain to the Director on duty that night and she came and took the the shoes, and promised to take the necessary actions to see how those shoes came to my room, but I did not receive any rehabilitation or compensation, what cause a check-out early on Wed 21 Dec 2011

I stayed for 4 nights and they gave me an upgraded my room as compliment. The room was spacious and comfort. I surely will stay at Ritz-Carlton for my next visit to Kuala Lumpur

Pleasant staff and very comfortable bed.

There was a funny smell in the room. Had to buy an air freshener for the room. There are other hotels that are closer to Bukit Bintang. Will try J.W.Marriot next time.

Friendly & helpful staff

Breakfast was partially served as buffie and partially from an ordering menu. Breakfast was served half cooked (mild) without asking you your preference!!

There are no wire less intenet as Wi-Fi , and speed of internet very slow in the luopy .

Location near all the shopping area

Service, payment system by block my credit card 200% from the price of the room.. to refund need to 2 weeks.. is not fair..

Evrey thing was excellent

The Service, location and the hotel itself was perfect. I would come back again with no doubts, everything was excelent!
