All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged MYR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

proximity to airport this is not a hotel. it is a converted dorm room. for the price, it is not worth the money and its proximity to the airport is overrated as it is in a very isolated part of town. The staff was friendly, but that is not a good enough reason to stay there. our toilet was broken and i had to fix it overnight |

Proximity of airport (2 minutes drive) - Nice pool - Nice staff - Good comfort of sleep (bed and mattress) - Hotel good enough for a night between connecting flights No bed lights- No toilettries in bathroom - Stains on bedsheets - Humidity - Very poor breakfast in terms of quality and quantity with cat eating your leftovers below your chair - Poor hygiene of restaurant staff: Restaurant staff attending at the cat and not washing hands before handling our food - Staff at counter eating her meal with bare hands and handling then receipt without washing hands, Staff cleaning kitchen items among other staff handling food (no proper separation between clean and dirty). Dirty tables. |

a room which can accommodate up to 4 or 5 person without requesting for extra bed. should have more than 1 bathroom if the room stay 4 or 5 person, as for the room i stay, there is an empty room & nothing inside. at least have 1 small refrigerator inside the room. |

it has everything you need and it's very close to the airport. There is also a large swimming pool. Room decoration very poor and depressing. People talking very loudly in the corridors. When we came for breakfast, western breakfast had 'run out' even though we hadn't seen any other westerners at the hotel. |

the receptionists were helpful and friendly. the rate is reasonable and the location is acceptable. the location is near the catholic church, restaurants, and some small shops. you need to ride a taxi however to go to KK city which is only RM 15, not that bad when you are with your family. needs a little bathroom upgrade |

The staff were very friendly, I forgot the key to the room, they happily open even when it was her time to end the night shift. The choices of breakfast are limited. Fried Beehoon, Noddles, Nasi-Lemark and western breakfast. |

It was cleaner than I thought. We did not know breakfast was included. We even got it to go as we were in a rush to catch our flight. It was close to some good local food. There were too many ants and bugs in the room. There were only stairs so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. |
