The scenic beauty around the hotel. It is very convenient and has many eating places around. Close to the strawberry farm as well as the free shuttle busstop. The staff is friendly. We had to change our room [family 3 bedded room] because the airconditioning was not working. I strongly recommend that the maintainence be done. Some of the staff do not understand and communicate in English.

The location 1. Poor general maintenance 2. General hygiene not good 3. Repeated requests to house keeping to keep the room upto mark clean. 4. After online booking, reception comes up with new rules to inconvenience the customer and blame the online agent for misinformation. 5. Manager does not show up to customers even on request to talk.

Nothing Everything starting from the stafff to the hotel itself. The staff at the reception tried to fool around by charging our credit card twice, thankfully we were careful. I do not advise you to book rooms at this slum.

The location is good. Lots of restaurants around the hotel. Food are cheap and nice. The room given to us is facing the main road and we were awaken by the loud noise from the vehicles traveling up to Genting the whole night. Not able to rest well during our stay in the hotel. Need to improve the sound proof in the rooms.
