I liked the room size, facilities and staff. There was no any good restaurant to eat near by... We had to walk on two km to eat at McDonald's restaurant.

Comfortable, clean and loves the modern and simple room setting.... Staying in a connected room..too much noise from the tenants next door. The hotel's sound proof is quite poor.

The staff, especially the one assigned during the wee hours (maybe the owner, I don't know) was very nice and very helpful. He was very cool even with me asking him of new linens, etc. etc. I liked the bedlight, too as I was able to adjust its intensity which most hotels don't have. Also, they have a ceiling fan and an airconditioner in the room. For those who don't like the aircon, you have an alternative. I like also the furniture in the lobby. Further, I was thankful that the receptionist gave me a room in the first floor because there was no elevator and I had so much luggage with me. He called a taxi for me, too to take me to the airport. And lastly, the hotel had a service flat iron in the lobby. I was disappointed with the re-used linens which happened to me many times in some, if not most budget hotels in Malaysia. The toilet smelled like a dirty public toilet. Good that at least they got an exhaust fan in the toilet. They got a family of cockroaches, too and mosquitoes and bed bugssss. I was itching the whole night and day that when I got the new sheets I requested, I ironed it thoroughly to make sure that wouldn't happen again. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind staying in a 1 star hotel. 1 star or 5 star, it's ok. What's very important to me is the cleanness of the room. The mattress was a bit hard too but bearable. It was noisy in the first floor where I stayed because costumers come and go even during unholy hours to catch their flight. And during check in or check out, oh they forget that some guests are sleeping. Another thing, the internet took so long to be fixed, around 5pm after raising the complaint at 10am, and for the first hour the connection was unstable. And finally, there was not a single English channel. I paid 100MR/night in this hotel. In Nasa Vegas Hotel in Bangkok, I paid only 69mr and I got clean sheets, a well-cleaned toilet, a fridge, and 4 or so cable channels (but no free internet though).

Basiccally its Ok. Difficult to use laptop due to no table & chair. Room is too small for 2 person. Room is not sound proof so noises from people walking, closing doors & talking from corridor & other rooms can be heard clearly. Watercooler placed at the corridor is not functioning so we can't have cold water for drink. Hotel has no lift so it will be difficult for elderly person to walk upstairs.
