Good hotel No room service on early morning, they charging a muesli when they agree free of charge, until few hanggling they agree free of charge, good we didnt take it. Need improve hotel policy on early breakfast or room service

Location, friendly staff, excellent amenities, classy recreational areas. Very narrow stairs to bedroom. Had to be very careful walking up and down. Not good for people with mobility issues.

This is one of the great hotels I have stayed in..just loved this boutique hotel: Original beautiful design, friendly and service oriented staff, clean, beautiful rooms, comfortable bed, original bathroom design. I am definitely coming back..also to check out the dinner menu so I can get a real take on your food. I only had one meal..the beef ragout, it was good but nothing special. Also, it was served in a plain white bowl very unceremoniously. In such a beautiful place it would have been nice to have a little more attention to the detail of serving, even a simple meal like this, say with a nice looking napkin or something. I am now being quite critical but being a business owner myself I always look for ways to improve..

Unique traditional style design the serenity helpful friendly staff personal service location relaxed - encouraged to walk around in barefeet! We had a look at other house type hotels and none were as elegant and spacious couldn't completely black out the room at night \ the food was fantatic and service excelent but set menu at the restaurant was too large for us but others thought it was fine
