the ancient and traditional look cleaniness need to improve as the towel we get are of grey white instead of white.Did not provide the newspaper after I asked to change for another publishers. |

The centre view of the swimming pool, the oasis like atmosphere and comfort are splendid. The plants outside the balcony should be taken care of(look dry & perishing). Beautiful plants will enhance the balcony & surrounding. Should provide some malay kueh for breakfast. |

Environment and nearby facilities The drinking glass, utensils are not properly washed. Dirty and doesn't smells fresh. I booked 3 rooms and every room got the same case. |

The area is quiet although it is in the suburb. The buffet breakfast was not up to our expectation compared to other hotels we had stayed. Not up to par to Hotels in KL. Note: Hotel has no lift/elevator, reminder to request for ground floor rooms if guests has elderly persons coming along. |

The spacious of the room. Although, the furniture are old and even the sofa are torn, the cleaniness is outstanding. The rate is quite expensive for such facilities. |

walking distance to taman jaya LRT station assigned to top floor, and no lift available. Hard to carry lugagge all the way to top floor. |
