We have never come across such friendly and helpful staff!!!! The staff took the experience to a much higher level!!! Thank you very much! Also a big thank you for my surprise birthday cake in my room!!! Much appreciated. Maybe just a little bit too expensive. |

The setting was lovely and there were a sufficient number of sun-beds for the number of guests, best of all there was a lot of shady spots around the pool.The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff all very helpful. |

Amazing location and setting. Great pool and restaurants. Very friendly staff and good facilities. It would be useful to have further information on the surrounding area plus we did not receive an introduction to any water sports or other sports facilities available. A free shuttle into Kinabalu would also be good or at least a drop off between the Tanjung Aru and Rasa Ria resorts. |

The setting was gorgeous and the rooms were delightful. the Italian restaurant was stunning and the food was pretty good too. The hotel was overpriced. The prices exceeded European prices and once you were at the resort there was no other restaurants for miles so unless you took a taxi to KK then you were stuck with the exorbitant prices. |

A very comfirtable hotel. The staff were very friendly and usually efficient. Plenty of facilites mean you don't have to leave the resort. I found the spa to be expensive when compared to similar facilites in the region. |

Along with the superb facilities (which are top line in every respect), the staff are the greatest asset. Friendly, enthusiastic and thoughtful (they remembered my name and drinks order in every bar and restaurant after the first visit). The spa is also the finest I have ever used. |

The staff friendly. The breakfast is great. Lots of activity inside the hotel, so don't need to go outside anymore. The food & drink are expensive. The beach is not fantastic (there's not crystal clear blue water) |

The hotel offers excellent service and facilities in particular for families with small kids! Excellent Kids Club! Very good food selection in all restaurants! The hotel staff is always friendly and helpful but needs more professional training |

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereicht. Die Zimmer sind schön und komfortabel. Das Essen und die Möglichkeiten sind gut. Die Speisen gut zubereitet und sehr abwechslungsreich. Das gilt ausdrücklich auch für das Frühstück. Es hatte zuviele Gruppen. Anlässe. Wir kamen uns als normal zahlende Gäste zwischendurch fast vor, wie wenn wir in einer lauten, Kantine essen würden. Das entspricht nicht dem Preis und dem Ambiente eines Fünfsternhotels. Schade, denn das Büffet am Abend war gut und schön. Auch sollter irgend etwas für die Gäste am Abend gemacht werden. Wir sassen jeweils fast alleine in unserer Lounge, aber bereits um 2100 Uhr kam die Putzfrau und fing an, sauber zu machen. |

Der schöne Blick aufs Meer vom Zimmer aus, jedoch mit Aufpreis verbunden.Der auf dem Zimmer vorgefundene Obstkorb. Das Meer ist hier nur bedingt zum Baden geeignet. Es ist nicht möglich am Strand entlang zu spazieren, da alles abgesperrt war. |

La cortesia è qui di casa! Sanno come rendere unico il tuo soggiorno. 4 buoni ristoranti (cinese e italiano veramente di qualità). La spa chi assolutamente da non perdere. Ottima posizione per la partenza per le isole. Bello il design dell'hotel. I prezzi delle bevande e dei ristoranti a volte esagerati. La prenotazione per la visita del centro reabiliazione degli oranghi presso l'altro Shangri La va fatta con molto anticipo. Gli orari del transfer per il centro e la visita non corrispondevano a quello effettuato ogni giorno (solo 2 anziché 5 come segnalato il giorno d'arrivo!) La sera attenzione a qualche topino che gironzola sul molo di legno vicino al mare ! |

Die freundlichen Mitarbeiter und die wunderschöne Umgebung. Ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbüffet. Das Angebot an Massagen und täglichen Programmen wie Vogelbeobachtung, Kochunterricht und vieles mehr Die extrem lange Zeit , die jedesmal wieder für das Einschecken benötigt wird (30 Minuten). Und auch dann sind die Zimmer nicht unbedingt bezugsfertig. Auf das zweite Zimmer mussten wir weitere 30 Minuten warten. |
